The group and I really enjoyed the stay, the host was very responsive and flexible with our needs and requests. We felt warm and welcome when we checked in, they even gave us a bottle of wine! We also enjoyed the game room and the kitchen facility. Highly recommended staying at this property next time you go to Hunter.

A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

Rhonda' s house was perfect for our extended family stay while we attended a family wedding in the Hunter Valley. very spacious house and plenty of room to spread out or share space together. it was very clean and well appointed. The EV car charger was helpful addition for one of our cars overnight as well. The spa was a nice addition for an evening relaxation after a 9 hour drive.

The proprietors, Panassa and Nathan, demonstrate outstanding hospitality. Their property is meticulously maintained, showcasing exceptional cleanliness and beauty. The beds provide supreme comfort, while the pool is spotless. All facilities operate seamlessly, and the location offers effortless accessibility and generous spaces, thank you so much we got the most amazing weekend

A great property to base yourself while in Shoal Bay. 10 minute walks into Shaol Bay, or to the beaches. To have Wreck beach 10 minute walk from your door is fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house was perfect for what we wanted. If we do get the opportunity to visit Shoal Bay again, we defiantly hope to stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is a beautiful home for a weekend away for one as a retreat or for a family getaway. Thoroughly enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay with everything we needed at the house. The house layout, yard, pool was fantastic. The house was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Great place to stay with family or if you want to be close to the golf course.

Villa Nessa was an amazing stay! Vanessa was friendly and attentive, being quick to reply to all questions, queries, and issues we had during our stay. The house itself was beautifully appointed, well equipped, and spotless upon arrival, with the location being very peaceful and serene. There was plenty to do at the bnb with the pool and hot tub being especially big hits. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Bella Vista was pure heaven. It’s been 10 days since we left and every day we have reminisced, scrolled through photos and contemplated when we can visit again! My son said today ‘I don’t want to go to school, why can’t we just live at Bella Vista!!’ This place was perfect for a family getaway. It was spacious, luxurious, peaceful and had everything we needed. The view is incredible. We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful completely newly renovated house surrounded by vineyards. Lovely terasse, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. The view was incredible. Bree and Michael are amazing hosts, super helpful and answering our message super fast. We had amazing night in this beautiful place and wish to be longer. We stayed here to attend a wedding at Eaglereach. It is remote, but not as hard to get to as we'd feared. The road up is narrow and windy, not as steep as I'd expected and tarred most of the way so quite driveable. The Gallery is one of a number of houses in the Eaglereach precinct, but others are barely visible so it is quite private. The house was comfortable but could be improved with a more up to date kitchen - there is no dishwasher, for example. It was a chilly weekend and I would have appreciated some heating in the bathroom, which is a bit spartan. Also we were surprised there was no doona on the bed and no electric blanket. But the location is what you pay for and it was beautiful and peaceful, and the wallabies do come right up to the back door!

Such a sweet little granny flat, close to Hunter Valley region! Parking right outside the flat was accessible, instructions to enter the property was easy. Flat was very clean & had everything we needed including a kitchen & essentials like oil, salt & pepper as we like cooking to save some cash. The area is very quiet and the backyard was nice to step out on either at night to see the moon & stars or early in the morning to listen to the birds singing along with the trees swaying, so peaceful! Dinnash is very responsive and friendly, no wonder he is a super host! Thank you Dinnash for making our short stay so comfortable. All the best!

Bundera Lodge was great for a short holiday getaway. Wonderful views across the valley, peaceful surroundings, and most importantly a great coffee machine :) Tim was really helpful and gave clear instructions. Everything in the lodge was in the right place and was working. The kitchen was well-stocked and had a variety of pots, pans, and appliances for cooking up a feast. Thanks so much!

Linda’s home was beautiful and incredibly well stocked. She was an excellent communicator and very accommodating, making our family trip with a baby, dog and 5 adults easy and enjoyable. An excellent stay.

What a find! This place was peaceful and just what we wanted. The moment we saw it as we drove in, we knew it was somewhere we wanted to stay! Breakfast supplies were appreciated, as was the bottle of wine ….thanks! Fireplace and supplied firewood was just what was needed…..especially when unexpected temperature dropped to a top of 14C! The bed was super comfortable and very warm! We stayed 3 nights and ate at Enzos one day and had a champagne tasting at Petersons Champagne House on another day. Lots of things to do! Already know that we want to go back!

Sonya’s place was great! Huge house to spread out in - all very clean and very well equipped. Comfy beds, big smart TV and all the amenities as well. Would recommend to bigger groups going to the Hunter region

Easily one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. You can tell Adrian & Fiona really care about the guest experience, everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the amenities to the cozy touches around the space. Bobs Balcony was a great place for 4 couples to meet for a weekend get together. Well equipped kitchen with lots of supplies, was very handy. Had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay at Bobs Balcony again. Thank Kim!

Beautiful views and very peaceful! Nathan was excellent with communication, very responsive and helpful. The place is even more stunning than in the photos. The only downside was that the coffee machine didn’t work, and the kitchen amenities could use an update. There weren’t enough wine glasses, bowls, etc., for the number of guests the house accommodates. Also, it’s best to have a 4x4 vehicle to access the property, especially if it’s been raining. That said, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it!

The accommodation was top notch! Fantastic renovation with historic features but all modern facilities. Attention to detail was on point with some thoughtful touches that we think are important, crockery, glassware, candles, good coffee machine with vast selection of pods. Quality bathroom products and lovely soft towels. We were there on a cold wet evening and the heating was very substantial and the place was very cosy. Highly recommended!!
