Rémy is a very welcoming and available host. The apartment is very well located (golden brioche 10 min walk, restaurant nearby etc.) and is functional.

Nothing to say about the apartment, the photos perfectly matched the descriptions. Aboubakry was very responsive, always there to find a solution, the housekeepers come daily to clean the apartment. A very spacious apartment, sea view, next to all amenities (Auchan, beach, restaurant, pharmacy, Renaissance monument, udder lighthouse), the apartment is well secured with a caretaker who does not let anyone in and all with parking for those who are transported.

We loved Villa Anna. Visiting Gorée is a unique and unforgettable experience and I feel the Villa was an excellent place to spend the night. The owner was responsive and helpful. I really appreciated the decoration, the comfort and the calm. Our family of 4 totally recommends Villa Anna if you are looking to spend one night in Gorée.

Adji’s Place The apartment is as advertised. Best part about the place: bug screens on the windows — no mosquitoes! (or flies!) Local general store near the building (support local business), with larger chain super markets a short drive away. Within walking distance to the ocean. There is a nice, reasonably priced Spa, 100m around the corner. I was there for diving, and the only Dive Shop in Dakar (only Dive Shop in Senegal, Nautilus Diving Centre) was a 15 min walk away. Some restaurants also within walking distance, although cooking in the kitchen is great too, as it has all the amenities. It is Senegal however, so there are the occasional power outages, water outages, and sometimes the elevator is on the fritz (7th floor, great view, lots of stairs, good exercise)

Great place with close access to the ocean for Surfing. Beautiful view from the balcony. Pool was under construction so couldn’t use and you need to request access in advance to go to the gym. Be aware to request/pay for electricity in advance when you arrive late.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at Lanie's apartment. Everything went really well!! The welcome marked me ☺️ We even had a tray of small ovens, fruit, water...for this city that these when we arrived ☺️🙏🏽 Special thanks to Fatou ☺️ she made our stay easier. Can't wait to stay there again.

Rama is a very friendly host who allowed us to arrive late, and who informed us well throughout the stay. The house is very spacious, clean, with a breathtaking view... Smiling, discreet and efficient staff. I recommend it!

Large and comfortable apartment with huge private terrace with panoramic views on the sea. Quiet, safe neighborhood, and kilometers of beach just outside the door. Anta is a very kind and gracious host, and exceeded the expectations. Highly recommended for long- and short term, families, friends and solo travelers.

Mada's place is simply amazing! Very spacious with modern design, exceptionally clean, has a good atmosphere and well equipped. One of the rare places in Dakar which has a quiet neighborhood. I felt right at home, the surroundigs are super safe and the beautiful beach is just a stone's throw. Mada is very attentive, helpful and supportive, anytime I needed something, she and the co-host went the extra mile to fulfill all needs. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my stay, I had memorable, enjoyable, pleasant days. I highly recommend staying at Mada's place!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Max's in Yoff Layenne! The location is simply exceptional, right in front of the sea, with soothing views and revitalizing sea air. The accommodation is clean, well appointed, and very comfortable — everything is done to make you feel at home. Max is a great host: welcoming, available, and always ready to give good tips for discovering the surroundings. I particularly appreciated the tranquility of the neighborhood and the authentic atmosphere of Yoff Layenne, between tradition and conviviality. A big thank you to Max for this beautiful experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and warm place, lulled by the sound of the waves. I would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at Nogaye's, the apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos, clean with a very soothing sea view. Excellent value for money, all amenities are available, the apartment is very well arranged, very high standard. A housekeeper came by twice a week. Good location, the neighborhood is peaceful and close to the city center. Nogaye was a very thoughtful, proactive and responsive host, she gave me valuable advice on restaurants and activities to do with the kids in the area. Thanks again Nogaye.

This place was was great and exceeded my expectations! It was very comfortable and I felt right at home. In addition to that, Max was easily the best Airbnb host I have had so far, and I use Airbnb a lot. He was very kind, helpful, and responsive. On my first full day he even had someone bring me a delicious lunch on him! Which was so nice! This place gets 10 stars from me👍👍. I highly recommend it.
