We had a wonderful stay at this villa with our family and kids. The overall experience was truly great! The check-in process was incredibly smooth — the owner - George made sure we reached the place without any hassle, guiding us all the way and explaining everything clearly in a simple and friendly manner. The villa was spotless and very well-maintained. We were especially grateful for the flexible check-in that was arranged as per our request. The rooms were spacious and tidy, with comfortable beds, clean mattresses, and well-kept furniture that made us feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, and to our pleasant surprise, George had already stocked it with basic essentials like bread, eggs, tea, coffee, chocolates and milk — a thoughtful touch that made us and the kids feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location of the villa is perfect — centrally situated in a prime locality with easy access to popular tourist spots. It was definitely worth the stay!

Words and pictures cannot do justice to this place. The sheer positive energy and vibrations felt at this place is remarkable. Me, my wife and Rambo (my pet dog) had planned to take a halt here on the way to visit Trimbakeshwar temple for one night. We ended up staying there for 2.5 days! Sachin is a brilliant host. He had catered to all our needs. He is also the instructor and guide for the yoga, breathwork and sound healing sessions. Evenings were spent Sitting by the moonlight and enjoying the stars, breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the sounds of just nature. My dog loved it at the place. Very conducive to have your pet here. Although there is a slightly bad patch of mud road in the final access to the property, the not so easy accessibility is preferable to patrons seeking the perfect balance of peace and activity here. It’s actually not too bad, I was able to drive and reach the place in my Honda City Sedan. Highly recommended to try their longer courses ( 7 days +).

Had an absolutely delightful stay at Valley-view. The villa is very spacious and well-appointed, and being a corner villa, it has a lovely view of the greenery outside. Since it’s December, I was half expecting the place to be not so lush, but it’s not hard to imagine how beautiful it will be during the rains. Still, we heard the calls of woodshrikes, pale-billed flowerpeckers, tailorbirds, Taiga Flycatchers, coucals and sunbirds. The hosts, Megha and Angad, had made every arrangement for a very comfortable stay, and were always very prompt in responding to our messages. The caretaker, Shankar, was extremely helpful, and Suman aunty made us very good food. Valley-view proved to be the ideal setting for a relaxing break and a productive brainstorming session with friends. I'm already looking forward to returning with my family next monsoon. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, I highly recommend Valley-view for a wonderful experience.

Had a great fun staying at Royal place, definitely recommend 5 star if you want a peaceful stay to work, chill, or enjoy calm life or anything that you want to do in that surrounding area P. S: If you are planning to roam mumbai from this area, virar local can give you horrifying experience..

We were a group of 8 Boys and we had a great time at Anjali's place. The place is exactly as shown in images.. It was very clean. It has a small pool which is good enough for chilling out. It even has a mini Table tennis table.. The lawn in front of the house is an ideal place to sit out at nighttime and to chill. We had taken the food package as well. The food was very tasty and is made in the kitchen of the bungalow itself. The food package also includes barbeque.. The caretaker Pradip was very helpful and prompt in everything. It is the last property on the road so you have more seclusion if you want peace and quiet.. Anjali was very responsive and was prompt to provide all the information we had asked for. Overall a brilliant place for peaceful stay. Would definitely come back here in the future.

Excellent stay. We enjoyed a lot!! Pool was awesome pool was huge that we couldn't get enough of it. Amazing environment and scenery. I would definitely visit again!!

We had a great stay. The apartment was just as described – clean rooms, clean bathrooms, and plenty of space and sleeping arrangements for our group of 7. The host was very helpful and responsive, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!
