It was an accommodation that felt more cozy and cozy because the rural grandmother's house was newly remodeled. In the back, in front of Seoraksan, I really enjoyed the sensibility of a quiet rural village with Mulchi Beach. If there is a folding toddler bath that can be accompanied by an infant, I thought it would be a good accommodation without any shortcomings. Even if you didn't provide it, it was so good that I wanted to take it from home and tie it up again later ^ ^

It was a multi-storey accommodation. I wanted to have a barbecue, but I gave up because of the rain forecast, but the barbecue on the rooftop looked good to use~

It was an accommodation where I had to live for 2 nights and 3 days, but I rested so comfortably and comfortably ~ Most importantly, I had a dog, and it was nice that they welcomed me so warmly, and the interior was tidy ~ I highly recommend this accommodation if you have a dog and have a family!!

Our stay was enjoyable - kids and pet dog enjoyed the most as the yard/gaden is amazing to run around and play! The home had some cleanliness issues but not major. The comfort and amenities inside the house were pretty good. the property structure is showing some age on the exterior(vs the pictures shown) but satisfied most other promised attributes. some unpromised supplies - like umbrellas, wipes ,stationery etc were provided in the house and they came in handy. The location is excellent - just off the main road and 5 min walking distance to a river bed .

The bedding and bathroom were surprisingly clean! The lawn in the yard was so well maintained, and it was close to the beach, and the way there was so beautiful! It was the perfect place to stay with a puppy! Thanks to the owner's kindness, I rested for three days and two nights! Thank you:)

I was planning a trip for the whole family for the holidays with my mom who hadn't been able to rest properly for a few years because she was going to let me go, and the most important accommodation was the most important place to stay. There was an acquaintance's restaurant near Jumunjin Port, so I wanted it to be a place that wasn't too far away. It's been a long time since I've been on a trip, so I wanted the sea to be close. And I was planning on having a puppy, so I had to find a place to stay that I could accompany. Really, Mijeong's place was perfect in every way: ( A well-organized lawn where dogs can play as much as they want, The interior that was cleaned so well, Cold that was installed in each space.The heater (I'm sorry for bothering you with inadequate control) and the styler I used useful, A structure that can be separated by households and clean and cozy bedding prepared in each room, And it's a 1-minute walk to the beach.. It was a pretty and relaxing accommodation that I regretted staying only one day. The garden was especially beautiful, and the barbecue and fire pit were also nice. The whole family had a good rest.

It rained a lot, so it wasn't easy to get to the accommodation, but the host was so kind and the accommodation was so tidy. The surrounding environment is also quiet and resting It was a really nice place ^ ^

The sea village that comes every year was also nice, and the host responded quickly and kindly. ^ ^ It was nice to have a washing machine, and there was a bunk bed, so the child loved it. The water pressure is weak and the bathroom floor is a little unfortunate, but overall I'm satisfied!!

It's never a luxury facility in an expensive hotel, but I think it's the best value accommodation for a comfortable and relaxing stay, 🧡 but now with Ulsan Rock..! If you walk along the front yard, there is a path to Wolhae-sa, and it's very peaceful and nice. I went with my dog and had a good time ~ ~ ~

Soohee was a wonderful host. She was flexible and also extremely responsive. We were about thirty minutes late checking out but she made us feel unrushed since there were no guests checking in that day. The place itself was very cozy and in a great location- secluded but close enough to a main road. Would definitely recommend!

The TV, fixtures, and props in the room were all clean and neatly organized, so I felt good throughout my stay, and the barbecue supplies were carefully prepared, so I was able to enjoy it without any inconvenience! The bedding was soft and cozy, so I was able to relieve the fatigue of my trip! Sein's Place is a charming old house in the countryside, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The space is simple but fully functional—and especially great if you're traveling with dogs, which is a big plus. What made the stay even more special was the host, Sein. She kindly allowed both an early check-in and a late checkout in my case (though of course, this depends on other bookings), and I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. She also recommended a few dog-friendly restaurants nearby, and every one of them was absolutely spot on. I’d gladly recommend Sein’s Place to anyone visiting the area. Location is the best! The mattress is the best!! The parking lot is spacious, so it's easy to park. However, I recommend scheduling a parking spot quickly on the weekend. (Please give me all the instructions in advance) The room is well equipped with essential items such as cooking utensils, shampoo, and laundry agent. The hot water comes out very well, and the ondol is warm. I came on a couple's trip, and it was nice to have pretty window lights in the room. However, I couldn't use it because I put all the batteries on. There was even a light, so it would have been really perfect. There are convenience stores, cafes, etc. on the first floor, and there's a lot to eat around, so it's really nice. I'm willing to revisit ^ ^ If you keep the price:)

The location of the accommodation is really good. It's right across from Sokcho Beach, so you can rest at the accommodation and easily explore the restaurants. But when you sleep, the sound of water coming down from above is so loud that if you have a light sleep, it can be a little annoying. Still, I want to stay again when I come to Sokcho next time.

The accommodation is beautiful and cozy. The location is the best because the Abai Village Road restaurant and the beach are right next to it. It's good because I'm with my dog!

Host was extremely responsive. We were back in the apartment late on the first night and had some problem finding out how to switch on the water heater in the bathroom . While I was worried the host may not see my message since it was so late ( around 10+pm), I was pleasantly surprise that the message was read and replied within minutes with clear instructions.
