Comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood in the southern district of Katowice. Great location to reach with a car and an underground parking is a plus.

Great stay. Room is small but perfectly fine for a single person to stay in. Fridge was generously stocked with water and apple juice which was a very nice addition to the stay. The place was very cosy and the bed very comfortable. Place is a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town and the train station. I’d happily stay here again if I come back to Katowice. Just be aware of the stairs if you have heavy luggage.

Victoria's home was amazing for our stay- the apartment is spotless and lots of attention was given to decorating the place to feel just like home. High quality appliances and air conditioning, and a very nice rain shower. Wish we stayed longer!

We found exactly what we were looking for - a well-equipped, cozy apartment, a parking space just outside the window/door, a terrace to drink morning coffee, peace and quiet around. A very nice hostess, available almost immediately if needed, and all for a very affordable price - a place absolutely worth recommending. We will gladly return there on the next occasion.

This apartment is cosy and comfortable, there're all necessary things (furniture, kitchen devices, laundry devices, shower gel, shampoo etc), wifi is good and fast! Location is really great, it's quiet and close to the park but at the same time it's close to the shops and bus/tram stops. Host was friendly and helpful during all my stay. I recommend this place!

The accommodation is beautifully quiet, right on the edge of the forest. It was stylishly furnished and super clean. The associated garden is fantastically beautiful. The contact with Magdalene was very friendly and helpful. Responses were always very quick. Magdalena took great care to ensure that our stay was quiet and undisturbed. The proximity to Krakow, easily accessible by train, and other excursion destinations make the area very interesting. We liked the 5 days there very much! Beautiful apartment! In a perfect location. Right at the train station in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment is very authentic, you feel right at home and welcome. The apartment itself is a dream! Beautiful, large, spacious, stylishly furnished and extremely clean. Highly recommend Tomasz’s property! It was way better than expected, and the food at Mamma Mia’s was excellent! The apartment is beautiful and the grounds around the home and hot tub are very pretty.

Very nice stay. Beautiful quiet ghostly place which was a good contrast from our trip to Auschwitz. What we had a lot of impressions of and could recover from. What a fantastic extra was the delicious blueberry cake and the delicious liqueur that we received at the welcome. We definitely recommend this place to people who want to go this way too!

From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, comfortable, and just incredibly well thought out. The location is truly unbeatable – you’re right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet the area still feels peaceful and private. It made exploring the city both convenient and enjoyable. Inside the apartment, everything was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. You can tell the hosts really care about the guest experience. The space was equipped with everything you could possibly need – from kitchen supplies to small thoughtful touches that make a real difference during your stay. One of the standout features for me was the private sauna and jacuzzi – absolutely perfect for relaxing after a day out. It felt like having a personal spa in the apartment! Highly recommended
