This apartment exceeded my expectations. It was a peaceful retreat, and I felt right at home. I will definitely be back on my next trip!

I really liked the property and it was well maintained. The location is little out skirt especially if you want to roam around in the night but it’s perfect and peaceful. It was very spacious too. Would love to come again and stay here.

I stayed at Anh’s place on two occasions for 5 days each for a total of 10 days. Check in is a simple process. Communication was impeccable and proactive throughout my stays. The community is beautiful, peaceful and easy to get around. There are a lot of activities, volleyball, tennis, swimming and artificial beach. Best of all the apartment is completely quiet and noise free. I work remotely so being in a peaceful environment is critical for me which I greatly appreciated. The people in the building and the overall community are super friendly and happy. Also extremely convenient to get to the old quarter for sightseeing on a free bus that is right outside the building. In addition there is a very inexpensive bus that will take you to the airport as well at the same stop. Overall excellent. Would recommend.

A beautiful home to stay at with zero complains which is owned by a very good host who goes out of his way to help with what you need and is very responsive.

The accommodation was really great. I spent a month here and it is equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. The internet is fast and you can work from home. Hot water and good water pressure. AC is brand new and super quiet. Bed is super comfy. There is also a gym and co-working space in the apartment complex. The host was always available and responded immediately to minor complications and questions. Super well located in a small mini town in Hanoi and there was everything you need in the vicinity. Supermarkets, restaurants and spa and you can walk a lot and enjoy the nature and surroundings. I liked it very much, also because it is quieter here than in the city center of Hanoi. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I would definitely come back!

I’ve stayed here many times and absolutely love this place. Over my previous visits, I shared a few small suggestions with the host — they were very attentive and truly listened. This time, I stayed at their new apartment, which is incredibly beautiful, spacious. The host clearly pays great attention to every little detail. The furnishings are lovely, and the kitchen is wide and spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back many more times in the future!

Nach so vielen Jahren auf Airbnb kann ich sagen: Das war wahrscheinlich die schönste Unterkunft, in der ich je war. Liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einem durchdachten Lichtkonzept und einem sehr bequemen Bett. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend, die Dachterrasse ein perfekter Ort zum Verweilen. Alles war sauber, alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei, und das Wifi war schnell und stabil. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war reibungslos. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wirkt authentisch vietnamesisch - kaum Touristen, dafür nette Cafés und ein Markt gleich in der Nähe. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

I recommed this place. Its silent, calm, very kice view. Big enough for a week stay as a couple. Location is great with many cafes. Some restaurant alternatives are not in immidiate reach but less than 5-10min with a Grab Taxi and you have the best you can wish for. You get very good value in this place.

My friends and I had a lovely stay, location was just outside of the old quarter, maybe a 15 min walk, which made it great to return to a slightly quieter area. Just be aware of the floors if carrying a lot of luggage! Sofia was extremely helpful as well throughout our stay :)

3 friends and I had been traveling through Vietnam and Hanoi was our final destination before heading home. We truly enjoyed the location of this place and the walk ability it provided. You enter through a business on the bottom floor to get to your apartment, but the people were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed. The apartment was stocked with beer and snacks that you could purchase at a very reasonable price and unlimited filtered drinking water was provided at no cost. Most of our interactions were with host Tuyen. He was very friendly and went above and beyond’s to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a great location and have access to friendly hosts.

Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped—even had a rice cooker. Mattress was very firm for me, but overall a good experience. Helpful host and good location!

We loved our stay at Van Anhs place. He was very a very responsive host and and always messaged when we were in completely different time zones. He has a great luggage storage feature and we left our luggage free of charge for 2 weeks. The apartment was spotless and clean and it matched the description. Nobody will be dissapointed staying here and we have already booked another reservation with Van Anh. Looking forward to the next stay.

spotless, really like this kind of room style, simple and comfortable luxury, everything is very new and very clean, the host is being kind and helpful and always make the communication easy and comfortable, and right, the big balcony is definitely a plus, love it a lot, and there is cafe shop full of the street, you would surely have a great time.staying here, looking forward to the chance to come back

I decided to come to Vietnam to celebrate my birthday with my cousin. There was a cake with party hats and favors waiting upon my arrival. I thought that was sweet and kind.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed yet peaceful at night. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the stay, even assisting us with small requests like providing tape for a broken suitcase. It made us feel very well taken care of. Das war bisher die schönste und sauberste Unterkunft, die wir auf unserer 4 Wochen-Reise durch Vietnam hatten. Toan war stets erreichbar und super empfänglich für Gespräche und sonstige Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar. Das Café im Erdgeschoss kam uns für unseren täglichen Kaffeekonsum sehr gelegen, auch die Banh Mis waren super lecker. Absolute Pluspunkte: die Unterkunft hat im Obergeschoss 3 Waschmaschinen zur Nutzung UND in der Küche eine Filteranlage unter der Spüle, sodass man bedenkenlos Wasser aus dem gesonderten Hahn trinken kann. Falls wir je wieder nach Hanoi reisen sollten, werden wir hier nochmal einchecken. Danke Toan!

le séjour étai parfait 🙏🏻🌺☀️ merci beaucoup Thuy Trang 💪🏻 l'appartement était nickel et a proximité de tout (restaurant, shop etc etc) la petite terrasse est agréable, tout était propre 👍🏻on a de quoi se préparer a manger, le lit étai confortable, la climatisation Marche très bien, la télé aussi (les prise pour charger votre téléphone, ordinateur fonctionne bien "pas besoin d'adaptateur pour les personnes Françaises")
