House holiday rentals in Czechia

Upon arrival and entering the cottage, the first impression was wow - we had a great time, used the hot tub, sauna and grill. Everything is beautiful, clean and tastefully furnished. We definitely recommend it!

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and whirlpool and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav quickly answered every question in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as a large family. For the most necessary groceries, there was a supermarket (24/7) in the next town and, due to the proximity to Austria, we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We'd love to come back ... pure relaxation!

Five of us spent Easter here. Very nice house, good location, hikes are possible directly from the house. For 10 people, however, a bathroom would be very scarce. We will definitely be back.

Vera is a wonderful host who had everything prepared for us upon arrival. The house itself exceeded our expectations. Everything about the house was explained very well. The fireplace was set up so we could start it with one match and enough wood was available. The small garden was lovely and well fenced for our dog, but actually we could let him roam free around the house and let him meet the dogs lingering around the local ‘pub’. Everything (!) we needed for a wonderful stay was right there. Whenever necessary we could contact her and always got immediate response. The best Airbnb experience we ever had! One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

I really liked that just an hour's drive from the city of Prague you can stay in such an authentic house. The forest is nearby! A gorgeous view from the main room. I would like to add more details in the kitchen.

OrchardHouse was simply a fairy tale!! We really enjoyed the long weekend 😍 Everything went smoothly and everything was great...from design and decor to cleanliness, wellness (hot tub and sauna) and nice hostess ☺️ It was an amazing relax, at the same time we got recommendations for restaurants and ice cream + trips around the neighborhood. We'll be sure to recommend this place and would love to come back!

The accommodation is super lovingly furnished and is located in a beautiful area on a large private property. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The kitchen is fully equipped, so nothing was missing. It was also great that we were allowed to take our dear dog with us! The only thing I would like to point out here is the fact that the hut has only one toilet and one bathroom, which can lead to a few waiting times depending on the number of travelers. However, it must also be mentioned that the spacious bathroom (separate toilet) is as good as new and had a pleasant feel-good character with the really large shower. We enjoyed the time in the cottage and found Katerina to be a perfect hostess, who was very easy to reach and could answer our questions very well.

This was one of our best experiences: David and his family are wonderful hosts—always attentive, generous, and welcoming. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend it. We came to explore the Bohemian region and to trace some family roots, and David and his family were incredibly helpful throughout. His guidance and recommendations were invaluable and spot-on. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Delightful timbered house, fairytale setting, very comfortable beds, magical atmosphere with a stove in the living space. We appreciated the bathroom for each room. Great for trips. Highly recommended.
