Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.

The Picturesque 'Acropolis Cozy House' in the Heart of Plaka

Acropolis Cozy House: the name says it all. Here's a house, located right underneath the sacred rock of Acropolis, in the heart of Plaka, the oldest neighborhood of Athens. Earthly colors, wood and unique pieces of art, make up an ideal house for a small family or three people, with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths, on three different levels. At first you'll be drawn to this house for three simple reasons: location, location, location! It's within walking distance of almost everything you will want to visit in Athens. The Ground floor of the house consists of the living room, an open plan kitchen and a W.C. Right outside, there is the patio with comfortable sitting and also a rather unique feature: an outside bar. Here, along with your drink, you can enjoy great views of the surrounding city and the neighboring hill of Lycabettus. The First floor consists of a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed. A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the attic, where a single bed can accommodate one guest. There is visual contact between the attic and the master bedroom. At the lower level of the house, under the living room, there is a wine cellar, complete with wine bottles and the exposed brickwork of the house's foundation. If you choose to visit, we believe you will agree with us, we haven't named it the Acropolis Cozy House for nothing! It really promises a warm, hospitable stay and a trully memorable vacation! Our visitors enjoy the whole property with privacy. Upon your arrival, we will welcome you and show you the house. We will be at your disposal during your whole stay, to answer any questions you might have or give you ideas and instructions concerning places worth visiting. Around the house there are various shops like supermarkets, mini markets, bakeries, etc. There are coffee shops for a morning coffee, as well as great local tavernas and restaurants to enjoy lunch and dinner in the center of Athens. Acropolis Garden House is situated 5 min. walking distance from Monastiraki, Syntagma and Acropolis metro station.

My space is a very bright, sunny and quiet apartment located in the center of the city. It is spacious and comfortable, well-equipped with large terraces and lots of plants. From here you can enjoy the unique view of the city that reaches the sea, with the sweet morning light or relax and enjoy the magnificent sunset watching the Acropolis and hill bathed in the light. You love plants you ll enjoy the majestic cacti everywhere, especially in the living room and on the terrace. The flat is on the main street of a quiet neighborhood in the center of Athens. The city's historical center, Mount, the Grand Park in the Areas and the magnificent National Museum are all within easy reach. Neighborhood has a vibrant traditional color and you will find it here so many shops with clothes, bakeries, pastry shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, cafes with a nice breakfast, restaurants. You can try the famous delicious Greek food the 'Gyros', and other traditional Greek delicacies.

We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology. Traditional accommodation in Kamari-Santorini fully renovated in 2019 and surrounded by an old grand bougainvillea. The location is just 2 minutes’ walk from the center of Kamari and 500 meters (5 minutes) from the famous black beach Kamari. Guests can find everything near, from restaurants, snacks, coffees and bars. The area is traditional style mostly among locals. Our house is ideal for families with children and couples.
