Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cuxhaven

We have been here for the fourth time and love this accommodation. Superbly equipped and spacious, beautiful garden and quiet, easily accessible location. We will be happy to come back! 😊

A wonderful accommodation that exceeded the description as well as the photos of the offer. We were there with 7 adults, all had generous space and it was just great. The house is so tastefully furnished and thoughtful, functional, cozy, warm and chic .... you can't find it better. The garden is certainly around 1500 square meters, something grows in each, there is a bench, a table, a sandbox, a hammock.... We've been to many accommodations, but this really exceeded our expectations. A very clear recommendation and a heartfelt thank you for these wonderful days!

A sweet cottage and very clean. Everything you need. A nice quiet corner there. I liked the outdoor area with the covered terrace very much. We felt very comfortable but unfortunately we had to leave earlier for personal reasons. This place is highly recommended.

"Dat Au Huus" is simply worth every cent. It is very lovingly renovated and equipped with everything you need. There's nothing missing. You feel very comfortable right away. Everything is very, very clean and well maintained. You have a lot of space and the garden and the terrace are also a dream. Communication with Sonja is very friendly, uncomplicated and fast. Exemplary! And their homemade welcome curd cheese balls were very tasty. 👍 We give everything to stars, and definitely recommend this accommodation! Thanks for the nice days.

This location is beautiful and relaxing. I will miss it as I continue onward with my travels. One thing I would have done different is to purchase a week long pass for the Ferry ride. My travels include using the Ferry daily but that is not the case for everyone. Also schedule additional time for travel using the Ferry because you may not get on the Ferry boat immediately due to the amount of cars waiting. I would anticipate an additional half hour for travel. I loved hearing the birds in the morning and even heard a Cuckoo bird. Fun. I would consider staying there again.

Very nice big house with terrace on one side and huge veranda with beautiful view at the other side. Surrounded by a beautiful garden and nature.

Everything was great, we had a good time despite the rainy weather. We felt very comfortable with 8 adults plus a toddler. The equipment is sufficient and well thought out for self-catering. Thanks so much

Unbeatable tranquility, a top accommodation with everything you need including a welcome snack in the form of a box of chocolate. The 3 children were so happy with the trampoline, the wooden train, the go-kart and the great and very sweet chickens with the ingenious names like Toffifee, for example. 😂👍 The beds are super cozy and we slept like on clouds. It was clean and the hosts were what you want. Friendly, super relaxed, flexible and available when it matters. Thank you, it was great and we would like to come back!!! My girlfriend, her daughter, our dogs and I felt completely comfortable! The apartment is super beautiful, clean and the welcome gift for dog and human is a very loving gesture. The garden was a paradise where our dogs could romp around! The service and the great accessibility of the hostess rounded everything off perfectly, so you can simply relax and enjoy. The proximity to the sea, simply fabulous! For us, a clear thumbs and paws up! I'd love to come back. 😊

We were very lucky to stay in this wonderful apartment over New Year's Eve, and we can only report positives! The place was incredibly clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could ask for. It was cozy and tastefully decorated at the same time, so we immediately felt comfortable. The location was quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet well connected to explore the surrounding area. Hartwig and his wife were incredibly nice, attentive and warm, so we really felt welcome. They did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We can fully recommend this apartment and will definitely be happy to come back!

The few days at Volker's were very nice. We felt right at home after we were very warmly welcomed by Volker. The apartment is the perfect place for a break, and we got numerous tips for beautiful excursions. Volker was always a helpful point of contact and impeccable host. My child was able to feed Volker's chickens and collect the eggs, we were allowed to help ourselves in the spacious herb garden and pancakes were fried for us by the common campfire. Thank you for the wonderful time! We will hopefully come back. :-)

We've been there twice now. We're just thrilled with the place. Everything is available. Very good communication with the landlord. We can only recommend it. You can't go wrong with this. If it suits us, we'll do it again. You absolutely have to see it.

I spent three days'vacation at the Weserdeich ‘with my dog. Arrived, immediately felt comfortable. Peter and Claudia are very welcoming and proactive. If someone is looking for a place to breathe, the dyke and the directly adjacent nature reserve absolutely invites you – if it works out in terms of schedule, I'd love to come back. Thank you for this great stay! 🤩

For professional reasons, I stayed with Annette for a week and felt very comfortable there. Especially after the strenuous working days, I enjoyed the tranquility and the green surroundings very much. The kitchen was modern and I slept superbly in the bed. Many thanks to the very nice hostess!

Apartment was clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped. In the bedroom, the curtains didn't darken the room enough for me. The pillows are a bit fluffy, but the mattress is very comfortable. Quiet area, directly accessible bakery and a Penny 800m away.

In the morning, you are awakened by the cuckoo, and at night, you can hear the crickets. Janina's accommodation is a special gem. The furnishings, the kitchen and the bathroom are great. The beds are also good. Everything is great. I'd love to come back.

We found the Airbnb very nice and had very relaxing and quiet days there. Britta is super friendly and gave us good tips. Everything was clean and the view was beautiful. A small patch of nature and yet fast in the Lüneburg Heath and on the highway. The neighbor's cat was super sweet and loving. We'd love to come back☺️

We spent two nights in the Hobbit house and found it quite wonderful. The accommodation is very well thought out and even in the rain it was very nice thanks to the large window and the cozy bed. Sandra was easily accessible to us. The house is a little closer to the street and residential buildings than I had originally thought, so you are not completely secluded, but that does not detract from the experience. We had a great time :)

We spent three nights at this really great place. The location is fantastically beautiful, in the middle of nature, between ponds, forest and a swimming lake. An important tip that would have helped us a lot: Don't forget tick/ mosquito spray 😇 The house is well equipped, there is a very comfortable bed (we haven't slept so quiet and well for a long time) and a small, practically equipped kitchen. The highlight is the sauna next door, which we even had to ourselves during our stay. Markus was a wonderful host. He was totally friendly, always available for questions and yet discreetly reserved. Would recommend this place to anyone who yearn for nature and tranquility and do not want to give up comfortable living.

The place was as described on the booking page. It is very, very clean. The sanitary areas and laundry room are cleaned every day. The overnight pods were also very clean. If you had any questions, you could ask both contact persons and they were answered immediately. In general, the booking and organization is optimal. The other visitors who were there were also very nice and it was very familiar and you just felt very comfortable. It is also very animal-friendly. Simply beautiful !!! Thank you for the time we will be back !
