We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

The place is perfect, my husband and I love the place , we need this vacation break, we love all the privacy we had , the shower is warm, the house is clean and smelling, a good bed to rest, WONDERFUL swimming pool, we enjoyed a lot , Dona Fátima is amazing , her husband is super helpful, you feel so comfortable that you go away with the feeling of longing for a family member , we will definitely come back, there is everything close, shopping, market, restaurants , and two grills . We made a barbecue in the pool, look without words. Valeu every cent. Gratitude ❤️😘

Vanda's apartment is excellent, better than in the photos. It is quite spacious and well divided. The condominium is excellent, with a mini market, top gym and swimming pool. The tower of Vanda's apartment is the first one, with three elevators, a quiet neighborhood and a super helpful concierge. The space itself was extremely clean and organized. All necessary utensils and working perfectly. Easy check-in and check-out instructions. Super near the subway. Anyway, I recommend it and I'll stay more often. Great cost x benefit.

I thought it was really nice. It has necessary kitchen utensils, coffee maker, coffee powder, sugar, chocolate, tea. There was already a bottle of water in the fridge. Things that I found very useful upon my arrival. Very clean and organized environment, exactly as in the photo. Small treats like candies, chocolates and a welcome message!!! There is a grocery store in the building. Great location. Staff I had contact with: very helpful and polite!!! Anyway, as soon as I need it, I'll go back to the same place! Thanks!!!

We had a great experience during our stay! The condominium is super complete, with everything we needed for everyday life: a grocery store, swimming pool, gym and a great structure. The room was comfortable, brand new and well equipped, with excellent quality linens, which made all the difference in comfort. The location is also very good, with easy access to everything. Extremely clean Loft. Exactly as in pictures! The region is very nice, quiet and it seemed very safe to me as well. I traveled alone and so this factor was very important. The room has everything you need to spend a good night. Jessé is also very polite and helpful. Sure, I'll be in the same place next time I go to São Paulo.

The host is wonderful. I had a problem with my flight arrival and he was very attentive and helped my mother check in to the building. The Loft is in a great location and most importantly, it is very safe! It meets all my needs.

I stayed with my husband for 2 weeks and we have nothing to complain about, Gabriele was a great host, the apartment is small but very comfortable and super clean. I felt at home, I really loved it and would have stayed there much longer if I could.

Clean environment, comfortable beds, good space for 4 people. Host responds quickly, very kind. The apartment is fully equipped, has a hair straightener, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker, toaster... Anyway, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay!
