Quiet, clean and organized apartment. On a quiet street and everything working just fine.

The apartment is both stylish and clean - and kept clean by regular cleanings every two weeks which were included. The apartment came with everything and plenty of what you'd typically need for your stay, towels, shampoo, toilet paper, cooking utensils. Internet connection, and general infrastructure was reliable. The vibes I got during my stay was a mixture between apartment and hotel room. Note that you'll have to use the building's washing machines, which requires you to install and set-up a very annoying and nosy application - before you can wash you need to give them enough information to open a bank account. Things that could be improved are: Adding a mosquito net to the window, improving the shades so the room gets properly dark at night, and making sure that no dried up food is sticking to the cutlery before the next guest checks in. I did enjoy my stay a lot (but I'm German, we do harsh reviews) - so I'd like to thank Thatiane for having me - know that I'd come again if I may!

Very good the AP is close to everything, the only point that bothered me is that I have light sleep and the shutter does not cut all the light from the window, and the neighborhood is very agitated so it is very noisy, but overall the experience was great

Comfortable apartment. It has 3 bathrooms, a differential when you are in 4 people. Beautiful neighborhood. Excellent restaurant at 50m (Chaplin). Recommend!

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

My stay was great! The apartment is super cozy, exactly as in the photos, very clean and well maintained. The entire team was very attentive from start to finish, always available to help with whatever was needed. A special highlight was the kindness of allowing me to store my suitcase even after check-out, which made all the difference on my last day. I would definitely come back!

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The academy is very practical

The house was wonderful, with a special point for the hospitality and availability of Deborah and Vanessa. The outdoor space of the house is very nice, with an open-air area and barbecue, very nice to share with friends. The electric fireplace helps to make the space more comfortable in the cold. The kitchen is quite spacious and has objects available. Everything was very well organized, the beds were super comfortable, with reinforced blankets and pillows. Great!

For those looking for cost-effectiveness, it's great. The room is private and has everything you need. It's simple, but it does the job. Kevyn was super attentive and flexible and everything went well during the stay.

I and my friends had a great experience with the location, the neighborhood was quiet and the house was great! Only the kitchen door that was not in a lock and worried us a little bit, and the garage was very narrow enough to get in with the cars. But there were only occasional concerns, the hostess was very kind and the house perfectly met our needs.
