Luxury rentals in Cupecoy Beach

We had a great trip and Villa Giselle was the perfect accommodation for our large group. We had 9 adults and we all had plenty of space throughout the villa. The view was amazing and we were able to catch some incredible sunsets. Our group spent a great amount time in the pool and lounging on the green sofas outside. We loved how open the villa was. This was our first time visiting SXM and we will be back. We had an amazing concierge who met us at the villa and walked us through everything when we checked in. She was available all throughout our stay to assist with any questions and recommendations. She even helped book a last minute boat charter. The concierge and all her hard work definitely made the trip 100%!

Absolutely beautiful home with stunning sunrise to sunset views. The double-decker pool was a highlight for sure. Comfortable bedrooms and spacious bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and plenty of seating inside and out to keep everyone comfortable. Toddler/ Family friendly. Exceptional staff -- Jenny, Marius, Edward & Stephen were all wonderful & attentive. We've truly couldn't have had a better time and hope to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beach rental, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality from Mehdi, our host. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was spotless, thanks to Agatha, the diligent housekeeper. Every corner of the rental was immaculately clean, and it was evident that she takes great pride in her work. The beach views were stunning, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Mehdi was always available to answer any questions and offer local tips, making our stay even more enjoyable. Agatha's attention to detail ensured that we felt right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with exceptional service, I highly recommend this rental.

Second trip to the villa with friends to celebrate husbands birthday. The cleaning ladies were the best and so friendly. The home is beautiful and pristine

This is a fantastic property and is exactly as shown. That said, some aerial photos may show a beach just outside the property, but that beach was washed away in the hurricane a few years back. We did not miss having a beach, because the patio and pool area are fantastic- plus, Mullett Bay Beach is 5 minutes away. Cupecoy Beach, and Dany's Beach Bar, are a two minute walk from your front door. It is a very secure location, and we always felt very safe and comfortable. The security staff are very attentive and always on site. The location is perfectly situated on the island. 15 minutes to Simpson Bay. 10ish minutes to Maho Beach. 7-8 minutes to Nettle Bay. There is a well stocked grocery store just across the street along with several decent restaurants. I would suggest purchasing plastic or stainless drinkware if you want to have drinks next to the pool. The home only stocks glassware- and plenty of it. We took advantage of the provisioning service through Les Halles, and it was very nice to have our groceries all put away when we arrived. We also had our rental car delivered. Both saved a lot of time and allowed us to quickly get to fun and sun. Rayma, our housekeeper, takes exquisite care of the property. Plenty of clean towels, beautiful bedding, all immaculate. We made frequent use of the services of Axel, our concierge, whose recommendations were- without exception- spot on with our expectations. Axel has relationships established with numerous restaurants and venues throughout the island, and when he gets a table reserved for you, it will be the best. If he reserves beach chairs and a day for your, it will be the best location.

Beautiful and comfortable house. Swimming pool was lovely as was the housekeeper. Questions via text to our concierge were always answered promptly. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

We had a group of 10 for my 35th birthday and we had such an amazing stay! The villa was STUNNING! There was so much outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine and socialize. We had dinner and brunch with Chef Laura. The food and service was wonderful and she was a pleasure to have in the kitchen. have stayed at air bnbs around the world and I can confidently say Enzo is the best host we have experienced. He was always quick to reply and helped us immediately with any of our needs. 10/10! Thank you for making my birthday so special!

We had a great stay and the property was amazing ! The vast outdoor area with multiple seating / dining options , gazebo, landscaping, pool , beach access , well equipped house/kitchen- all were wonderful. The villa location felt safe - inside a gated area surrounded by large private villas. Great location close to stores , restaurants and other beaches , not walkable though - one definitely needs a car . Unfortunately there were some rocks on the beach near villa so we couldn’t swim there but one could get to a beautiful sandy side of the beach by car ( 1 minute away) or just walk 10 minutes. There are also multiple beautiful beaches nearby with beach service that are a short drive away. We were initially surprised that all 4 bedrooms were essentially 4 separate bungalows with a separate kitchen/living room building but since we ended up staying outside most of the time , the house layout worked great for us . This was the best vacation for our family hands down!!! It started with the wonderful O our driver, along Cheyenne, our concierge, who was extremely responsive and helpful all week. She made sure we were well taken care of. From beach reservations, transportation, to great awesome dinner suggestions. Additionally, we had an awesome chef, Amanda Wit who provided local cuisine family style which was perfect for us. Fresh local food with a wonderful, electric personality. Our butler/bartender Kevin Lahire provided awesome drinks and even gave us a master class on a creation of a drink he made just for us, the Newell martini. Do yourself a favor, book them, you won't regret it. Last but not least Liela, our housekeeper was warm, friendly. and kept the villa sparkling-she was a gem. Wow!!! The villa was everything and more. The views of the ocean and the sunsets will remain etched in my mind when I need a reminder. St. Martin and LA hacienda owes us nothing. Until next time!
