Excellent house on Cumbuco beach, with all the infrastructure for a wonderful journey, ample grounds, quiet location. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites), a barbecue area, a large living room and balcony, internet, a swimming pool and all the amenities for those seeking tranquility and an excellent beach. Very well located 100 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the central village of Cumbuco where there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies. Close to the main points of the beach, 300 meters, such as Duro-beach and Kite Cabana.

A house with great charm and comfort. The house is located a few meters from the beach and a quick displacement from the village center, then next to the dunes of Cumbuco. The property has a large garden, swimming pool, and a barbecue area. Ideal for families and lovers of kitesurfing. It includes a full kitchen. Passionate house in Cumbuco - CE

Cumbuco is located 25 km from Fortaleza. In addition to being beautiful, Cumbuco has 4 nearby beaches, Iparana, Icarai, Tabuba, and also near Lagoa do Banana. Tourist city but developed, warm climate and wind all year round, ideal for sports such as Kitesurfing, which is a reference in the area. The house is 100 meters from Squibunda, one of the most sought-after tourist attractions in Cumbuco. *NOTE*: The house is impeccably clean, but the dunes in front can bring sand particles with the wind.

Taíba Windward House

The house is for 12 people, 6 in the main house( 3 couples in 3 bedrooms , one of them has en-suite bathroom and the other 2 share another bathroom ) and 6 more in the bungalow is a loft area with 2 by 2 bed bunk ( 4 people in single beds) and 2 big singles, all in the same space and sharing another bathroom and the American kitchen. There are 2 big BBQ areas, and an exterior bathroom and a sunrise/sunset deck. Also a has a Garage for Gear/Baggage locker. The property accommodate 6 cars inside.

Cumbuco Beach - Big house, spacious garden, pool

Our house is quite big, just 2 blocks from the beach, 3 minutes drive to the Cumbuco Village. Ideal for kitesurfing, with spacious garden and beautiful lawn and fruit trees. Parking available for more than 8 vehicles. In addition to the large house, there is an auxiliary room with refrigerator and 2 beds next to the pool. We have a housekeeper who can help cleaning the house for a small additional cost.

Very comfortable house with 5 bedrooms, 4 en-suites and one bedroom with an external bathroom, all with double beds. Bed linens, towels, pillows are provided. Pé na Areia House, Closed condominium, 24-hour security. Paradise place. The exit from the condominium is made through the condominium entrance and not through the front of the house.
