Cute, comfy and spacious farmhouse with lots of personal touches in a great location. The neighborhood was cozy & quiet, and our time spent out on the porch was relaxing and peaceful. Chris was helpful, flexible and quick to respond in all communications.

Alex was a great host! The space was amazing very clean and the pool was perfect! Loved the tv on the back patio! Even provided fire wood, there were pool toys and floaties. Everything you could need was there!

If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, Jay’s place is the exact spot! He has everything one would need to enjoy their stay. His place was beautiful, very clean and welcoming! I would recommend his place to anyone who needs a “home away from home.” FIVE STARS!!!!

We had a great long weekend at this house! There was plenty of room for everyone and all of the rooms including the living areas were super spacious! The kids (and adults!) loved all of the gaming options! Highly recommend!!

Our family stayed for a quick weekened while visiting our oldest son. We felt right at home. House was clean, bed cozy, fun pool, all the kitchen supplies we needed. My boys loved the gym! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

They were very good with communication and very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The beds were very comfortable and they had everything we needed with clear instructions readily available for all amenities. The most important thing to us was the availability of the fenced yard. It was well kept, private, and the perfect place for our pups to burn off some energy whenever they felt the need. I would definitely recommend this house as well as any others this host may have.

We had a wonderful time at Austin’s house. The house was very clean and spacious. My entire family was able to be together in a beautiful home instead of 3 hotel rooms for my nephew’s graduation. Austin was always available to answer any questions I had, quickly. The best part for me was how easy it was to get in and around the house in my wheelchair. I appreciate Austin’s effort in accommodating me. It was such a great home, I would highly recommend it!

My family was in town for a family reunion. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our visit. The home was spotless and made available all necessities for our stay. We cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We felt right at home. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay❤️.

This was my third stay in this home. It has always been an awesome experience, and I would come back again. The host is wonderful and very responsive. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook healthy meals and not eat out. Great and comfortable furnishings – couch, bed, pillows, TV’s, washer and dryer… I work and basically live aboard, when I return to the states, I look for a place to relax and to recharge my battery. This home and the neighborhood gave me quietness and peaceful solitude I look for!!!

Jacie was very responsive and helpful and the place was very nice and cozy. The only thing is the driveway is incredibly steep and that would be a good thing to know before booking. Otherwise we loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Joshua’Place is very nice. I love the home. It felt like home. I thought the added touches (paintings, artwork ) made the home especially nice. Love the space, decor and yard. Although, I didn’t use, the extra items( baby gear &toys) are an added bonus. Love, loved the barn door in the Master bedroom.

The house was great, and the backyard was very great for our dogs! The inside is exactly what you view on the website. It was conveniently located for what we needed. The "Key" question is, "Would I consider this house/service again" and the answer is a positive, YES!"

Loved our stay! Beautiful home - very clean and in a great location. My family and I were just stopping through on a road trip and it was perfect; would definitely be a great place to have stayed longer! Aaron was very flexible with us and excellent at communicating. We booked his home with very little notice and he was still able and happy to accommodate us. Easy 5-star stay!
