We had a great stay, wish we found your place sooner. Our son will be graduating from Bridgton Academy soon so I do not see us visiting often but highly recommend your home to incoming families and anyone traveling or visiting the area. The location is perfect!! We love Bridgton ❤️❤️

The property is excellent. I would recommend going before Labor Day as a lot of local businesses including the amusement park shut down for the season. Unless traveling out of town you don’t need a vehicle to get around, you’re right off the beach and at the end of Main Street, everything is within walking distance. Yingqiao was very responsive and always got back to my messages within the hour. The condo is plenty big for a large party and the kitchen is stocked with anything you need and quite large. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. There is also a new washer and dryer so you don’t need to overpack you can wash your clothes. The large outdoor balcony where you have views of pretty much the entire Main Street was amazing. Did not know that there would be great views like that. I highly recommend this property and we will most likely be coming back earlier in the season and checking out anything we missed. A+

My family and I had a wonderful time here. Very close to the beach, and a short walk way from the OOB downtown area. Keep in mind that the Amtrak runs along the coast; all properties close to the beach will experience noise, and this one is no exception.

A great little place to stay! Everything was clean and comfortable. I’d read in some reviews that the train can get noisy, but we didn’t have any issues with the train noise. It was also very convenient for getting from there to the beach and to all the local stops. I would stay here again!

Great little spot. The house itself is small with narrow upstairs hallway and steep, narrow stairs. However, my family and myself are all average to small sized people so this was no issue for us at all. The house smelled like lemon when we walked in, and it was very clean and well decorated with beach themed decor. Tons of cookware to use and choose from as well as plenty of dishes to use. Parking was right in front of the house in a quiet neighborhood. We fit 3 cars with seemingly no issue at all. The house did have some ants once in a while (maybe 1-2 a day), but this is to be expected in a beach town and should be noted that ant traps were laid well before our arrival The balcony up top is super cute. Great place for late night chats and early morning coffee. We were very comfortable. I ended up completing a nice puzzle, there were plenty of blankets, close to the beach, and altogether we had a great stay. Host was communicative and respectful. I would absolutely stay here a

5 stars! Modern and open with high volume, vaulted ceilings. Rainfall shower, well equipped kitchen. I appreciated the architectural and visual separation of the sleeping space not often found in a studio. Very happy to discover that the 4 large windows are Western facing so plenty of natural light overlooking a green space. Great communication and easy check-in.

This place had everything we needed. The view was spectacular! We really enjoyed seeing fireworks from the deck. The home was very clean, kitchen fully stocked. We loved hearing live music each day and night. So much walkable fun for the kids. We had a wonderful stay!

Clean place across the road from the beach. Well stocked little kitchen. 10ish minute walk to arcade and theme park. Exactly what I was hoping for/expecting!

Very nice place, neighbors upstairs were a bit noisy but overall we had a great weekend!

This was our second year staying at Chandra’s place during our annual week in Maine and it was, once again, terrific. Quiet, clean and within walking distance to the beach and all Ocean Park/Old Orchard attractions. When the washing machine wasn’t working, Chandra was very responsive and immediately offered to cover our costs of using the laundromat (which she did at the end of the week). We would definitely go back again next year!

The townhouse complex is really nice, has a pool and it's a short walk to the beach. The space is comfortable, the balcony is nice, the kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need. We had a very relaxing stay! It's really quiet and relaxing after a beach day or exploring nearby Portland. (if you're sensitive to noise - there's train that goes by a few times a day that you'll likely hear)

Great property, well cared for, and really enjoyed double bedrooms and double bathrooms. Not only are they dog friendly, but they are proactive about providing recommendations about having dogs on the beach. We didn't realize it would be possible to take him onto the beach (after or before 9-5), which blew our little dog's mind running around in the sand. And they provided sheets with a note in a cute little bag that asked us to cover either chair our dog might be lying around on, so the sheets could contain pet hair. Most other hosts wouldn't think of that, wouldn't word it as friendly/casually, and it would've been a REALLY SERIOUS warning. All around - professional, pleasant, customer-focused, with a sense of humor. Winning all around!

We were blown away when we first entered the house by its generous space, lovely decor, and how thoughtfully it was stocked with everything we could possibly need (kitchen supplies, books, toiletries, etc). The photos don't truly convey the size of this home or the amount of natural light that floods in from all of the skylights placed throughout the house. It was the perfect spot for our extended family to gather as we celebrated our son's graduation from Bowdoin. Emily was an incredibly responsive and helpful host with tons of local suggestions. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring all of the local offerings. One thing to note is that the largest bathroom is connected to both king bedrooms (which are both very large). The smaller queen bedroom is the only one with its own ensuite bath. Only sharing this detail in case future guests are trying to figure out bed assignments for various family members or friends.

My family stayed at Kevin’s place over Memorial Day weekend and had an amazing time. The location was perfect—peaceful, with lots of nature surrounding the property. The home was clean, well-maintained, and situated in a remarkably quiet neighborhood, which made for a very relaxing stay. Kevin was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and making sure we felt at home. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful newer home. All amenities you need. Open floor plan made quality time great. Sofia always responded quickly and very helpful.

Beautiful spot and gorgeous kitchen! Perfect for our large multi generational family gathering. One bedroom (with the floor beds, doesn’t have a door so we had the early risers in the family stay there and it worked well). Tons of space to spread out, lots of bathrooms, bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. Host was responsive and very helpful. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back! Great experience!

Alison's place was beyond amazing! We loved having space to spread out! There were nine of us ages 4-80 and everyone had a fabulous time despite not the best weather. It's a super private house ona beautiful lake. We enjoyed all the kayaks and paddleboards. Communication was fabulous. We have rented a lot of lake houses and all agree this is our favorite spot! Thank you so much Allison!

Home is very expansive with room for multiple families to reside together. Lots of games and activities for all ages. Amazing location within minutes to airport and short drive to downtown

This host is excellent. She was so helpful when I had questions and where to eat and what to do. I would highly recommend stay here because it was so clean and homey. We would stay here again because of the outstanding care our host gives to her home and its guests. Plus we have 2 dogs (and they came with us) and our host couldn’t have been more welcoming. Our dogs, Mia and Holly, felt so at home in this New England style home which made it so easy for us. All our area questions were answered promptly and friendly. Tasha was such a wonderful host I would recommend her to everyone who is looking to stay in or around Sebago Lake. Thank you so much for making our stay amazing!!! I would give this AirBNB 20 stars if I could!!
