First of all, it is a perfect location to rest your head, if I plan to go to Kaş again, I would prefer it again and I always recommend it. Inside the house, everything has been thought out to the finest detail, prepared to meet all needs. The most important thing is hygiene and cleanliness, and a 10/10 experience was definitely offered. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are sparkling clean, towels and linens are as clean as the first day. The garden landscape is very beautiful, and the garden has three seating areas, very comfortable and peaceful. The barbecue in the garden is just what you need. I've had a pool in many of my accommodations, but this is the first time I've encountered one that is so clean and has such a good system. Garden shower, ping pong table, pear seats, etc. plus amenities. The design and decor of the house is very stylish, a house thought out to the finest detail. If you want to feel at peace with nature, as if you were in your own home, you should definitely choose this house. We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

It was a suitable environment for my wife, who is well isolated from the surroundings and is hijab. We felt that the house had a soul. It was thoughtfully arranged and spacious with its garden. The information and photos of Hüseyin gave about the house were exactly right, and there was even more. A place suitable for a nice relaxing holiday. You can order your needs from local markets, but there are a wide variety of things that can be done by taking advantage of the amenities of the Villa and not leaving the house. So it's good to do a nice shopping and go. Because you don't want to waste time constantly in Kaş or Kalkan. The only thing to note is that it will be beneficial to have a private vehicle to arrive at the Villa. Zâten Hüseyin informed us about this as well.

Everything was very clean and tidy. We were able to meet all our needs related to the place and the environment. As stated, it was very close to everywhere. The fact that it was close to the road and there was noise did not bother us much. Only the pool was smaller than expected.

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

The host was very helpful and caring. He was very supportive and hospitable in all our questions. The house was even more beautiful than the photos, we liked the view, the cleanliness and the house itself. We stayed for 3 nights, but I wish we had the opportunity to stay longer. The place is very calm and peaceful. I think it is perfect for those looking for a quiet place. Of course, it is a little far from the city center. There are places without asphalt due to the roads. If we ignore it, I think it is a nice place. There may be some problems for those looking for night entertainment due to the roads, but since we do not go out at night, it is very calm and the weather is very nice. Everything is clean and the employees there, Ms. Mine, are very good. There are two employees. They are also very friendly and good people. By the way, do not forget to take insect repellent with you. Note: I noticed that there are 2 dogs left there. Poor dogs, please let's not forget them and feed them. Those who abandoned them should be ashamed.

Very nice house, beautiful pool, perfect host, everything was really nice. Mr. Tanju was very caring and very friendly and took care of us every day. The house is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean , all the appliances in the kitchen were complete. It is a quiet place 5 and 10 minutes by car to the center of Kas. We had a very nice holiday.

We spent a wonderful week in Kadriye's house. The house is very cozy, carefully planned, located in the mountains, in a quiet and peaceful place away from the noisy city. The house is cool even in hot weather, there is a balcony overlooking the yard. We found the feeling of home in this place quite quickly, it was comfortable to sleep there, you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen, look at the stars at night. Kadriye is a very friendly host, welcomed us warmly, despite the fact that we arrived later than agreed at the beginning. Keep in mind that there are wild boars in the neighborhood that come out at night and wake up the local dogs, causing them to bark at night. But we got used to it from the second night. From the wishes: it would be great if the house had a little washing powder and cooking oil for frying - these are the things that you can buy only in large volumes, which you do not want to do on vacation. Thank you Kadriya for our wonderful vacation! We'd love to go back one day.

A complete oasis of peace. You are completely spared from everyday stress and annoying people. You are completely private. If even locals drive by/going by, they can't see anything. The house and surroundings are simply a dream. I can only recommend it for those who would like to protect their privacy and love nature. You could expand the kitchen utensils a little but you can cook great despite it. We were there for 5 days, I wish we could stay longer. Mr. Tarkan was very helpful and was always available. The pool was totally clean and beautiful. Long talk briefly, I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at Z house. A few things to note: 1) host very attentive, responsive and helpful. 2) place clean and well equipped. 3) location is perfect, near to beach and restaurants ( but slopes quite steep and cobbles - not suitable for elderly, prams, wheelchairs etc. 4) overall, we loved it, loved Kalkan and would totally recommend.

We three sisters stayed her for several nights. It was a great location! There is a side patio that we used daily and as people walked by we would strike up conversations with other worldly travelers. There were lots of Australians visiting the island and it was delightful to hear about their connection to Kastellorizo. The bedrooms located upstairs were nice as were the two baths with good sinks and showers located on the ground floor. The kitchen has a big refrigerator and it was easy to prepare a few meals although we mostly ate at the local restaurants. The history of the Scarlet House was so intriguing and we loved all the frame photos around the home. We hope to come back and visit someday and stay here again. The host/owner was very easy to reach and she responded immediately to any and all of our queries.
