We had a really pleasant stay at this beautiful apartment! The place is very bright, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nenad is very pleasant and responsive, always ready to help and answer any questions. We especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—perfect for morning coffee. The apartment is located in a quiet central area, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. There are shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. Plenty of public transportation options are available close by, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend choosing this apartment for your next trip!

Salvo harika bir ev sahibiydi.Her konuda yardımcı oldu.Evin konumu muhteşemdi. Ev son derece temizdi. Evi bulmak çok kolaydı. Ev her yere yakın merkezi bir konumda bulunuyor . Evin etrafında marketler ve restoranlar vardı. Tekrar geldiğimde tekrardan burada kalacağımdan eminim.

Very well performance for the price. The apartment is at the center of Belgrade, I didn't take any bus during my 7 days trip. I'm sensitive to sounds during sleeping so my only concern was the pigeons coming at the mornings, despite that I'd still rent it again.

I liked everything very much! Thank you very much Mirko for your detailed description and timely help with any issues I lived 3 months in the apartment and it is suitable for a long stay. I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret!

Great apartment and host

An amazing place to stay in Belgrade. Marco was very helpful and quick to response whenever I had any questions. He went out of his way to accomodate my check-out request. I have zero complaints about the flat - it was just as in pictures, everything was clean, the water was hotw with good preassure (not always the case in Belgrade). The working desk was tremendously useful for my remote work. The location is not very central, but there are multiple bus stops walking distance from the flat. The neighbourhoud was quite so I had no problems leaving the windows open for the night

Stan je bio savršen – izuzetno čist, lepo uređen i opremljen svime što mi je bilo potrebno za ugodan boravak. Lokacija je mirna i praktična, a u stanu se odmah oseća toplina doma. Domaćica je bila izuzetno ljubazna, susretljiva i uvek dostupna za svako pitanje ili pomoć. Njena gostoljubivost i pažnja prema detaljima učinili su moj boravak još prijatnijim. Za svaku preporuku i rado bih se ponovo vratila!

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Vi havde en skøn uge, i dette fantastiske hus. Der var alt hvad man skulle bruge og lidt til. Der er mange ting i huset, men det var med til at det var charmerende på den lidt skæve måde. Terrassen bagerst og poolen var der vi brugte det meste af vores tid. Udsigten fra Terrasse og værelser var enormt skøn. Vi vil helt sikkert anbefale dette sted. Det perfekte sted til at koble af, nyde livet i laveste gear og lade op til endnu en omgang i hamsterhjulet derhjemme.

Отличный дом. Ухоженная территория, чистый бассейн. Хорошая барбекю-зона. Есть все необходимое для отдыха и приготовления еды.

A very big house in a great location with lots of space. The pool was awesome and the little solar boat house is charming. There are even speakers for events, which came handy for us. Could use more forks, more glasses and a pot to boil water though.

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

Daar kom ik graag terug. Gemakkelijk te vinden eigen parkeerplaats, vlakbij de autosnelweg. Spijtig dat we niet langer konden blokven Kom ik zeker terug.

Great location and communication with host.

Am avut parte de o ședere foarte plăcută. Apartamentul era extrem de curat, bine întreținut și amenajat cu gust. Ne-am simțit ca acasă încă din prima clipă. Un mare plus a fost vederea – absolut superbă!! Zona este liniștită, langa un parc imens ideală pentru relaxare, dar totuși aproape de punctele de interes. Gazda a fost amabilă și comunicativă, ne-a oferit toate informațiile necesare pentru un sejur fără griji. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Gute Location - zentral und doch ruhig, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit Luka, sowie das Check-in, waren unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und komme nächstes Mal gern wieder. :)

Spacious apartment, with a good kitchen set-up and grocery store nearby making it easy to cook, and the apartment is in a great location with lots of nice restaurant's and cafes nearby. I will stay hear again next time I am in Belgrade.

These are excellent apartments for staying a few days or even longer than a week, as I did. There was everything I needed to work for a couple of days and then explore Belgrade and visit a few nearby locations (Novi Sad, Avala). There are plenty of caffes and restaurants around. Natalija was very hospitable, she suggested places for visiting in Belgrade and recommended a walking tour that starts just a couple of minutes from the apartments. If you're worried about noise from the street, it's not a problem. The noise stops around 11 PM. If it is late for you, you just can close the window and turn on the air conditioner, which keeps things quiet enough for a comfortable sleep
