Excellent location! Love the decor. Only downfall was the tall narrow staircase(really hard for luggage) and no AC! Otherwise excellent stay.

Great apartment set opposite a leafy park at the edge of a the lake, perfect parking space gives you freedom to roam. Coffee on the front porch was a great start to the day with the neighbours warm hello. Felt like home fir a few days. Highly recommended

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Lake Erie shoreline. The space was spotless and well-maintained, and our host, Christopher, was exceptional. He was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Getting around was easy with nearby bus stops and quick access to downtown. I highly recommend this place!

If you are looking to stay in the area, then I would recommend staying here. The location is great and only a 30 minute walk away from from the falls. The house is located in a very quiet area and was easy to find, offering parking on the driveway which was great for us. It is clean and comfortable - perfect for what we were looking for. The best thing about staying here was how great Matt was. He was well ahead of the game ensuring that we were well informed of the check in process. He provided clear instructions and always responded in a timely manner. A great host!

I loved being by the water and hearing the waves and the birds. Sharon was a great host. The lock directions were clear just a little tricky to turn the lock. Clean, spacious and peaceful.

The PoCo was exactly as advertised. Very clean and welcoming. Beds were both comfortable, plenty of amenities in the kitchen to make a home cooked meal and plenty of space to relax.

Very happy with my stay at Ezra's place. It was perfect for what I needed. It's in a nice location with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. It was very clean and cozy. Ezra was very responsive and gave very clear instructions to check in. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The space is a great layout and spacious. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is up and coming. Friendly people in the neighborhood. As the owner explained you need to understand your comfort level though. Communication was great with owner.

The space is in an upstairs portion of a lovely Victorian. It has a homey feel with nice accent touches. Parking is convenient with easy access to the rental. It is in a beautiful neighborhood that felt safe and occupied with many people who enjoy their homes and have lovely landscaping. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay with my wife and infant. Wonderful walkable neighbourhood and lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There was even the Allentown Art Festival while we stayed which was incredible!

anytime i have to go to buffalo i always check to see if this apartment is available. great neighborhood, spacious and comfortable apartment, highly recommend staying here if youre visiting buffalo or niagra falls

We had an incredible stay at Denise's place! It was wonderful to find Roku TV already there so we didnt miss our favorite series. The beds were also very comfortable and cozy which helped us in getting rest after eventful days at the falls. My mother and sister both appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and we all liked the snack selections. Thank you very much for a nice comfortable stay at a very nice and clean property!

Abbie was the best, the place was a cute 2 person hm and has everything u need. I would most definitely stay there again if I spend the weekend in Niagara Falls. 👍🏼👍🏼

The location was immaculate and it was the perfect getaway. Located minutes away from the Falls!

The location was central to everything I needed in St Catharines - 1.2 km away from my place of work, my friend's house and downtown. There is a convenience store just up the street and the nearest supermarkets are 1.2 km/20 minute walk away. There is a Giant Tiger 10 minute walk away. There is free parking behind the building. Although I did not drive it did help with car transport of my belongings to and from the building. The other lodgers were mature and friendly and largely everybody kept to himself. Bring earplugs - the building is located at a BUSY intersection of two major streets and situated above a gym that plays music and has loud noises of heavy weights being released, although neither of this is the fault of the landlord. The superintendent is the landlord's uncle and he is very helpful and friendly. Peihong responds quickly to inquiries and concerns. His uncle and handymen are sometimes there on the weekend to fix and clean the property, which shows they care.

Jarmilla and her husband were very friendly and helpful. I had a question during my stay and they responded quickly with help. Quiet neighborhood but so close to the falls and night life of the falls.

The property was clean, and it was a well designed space that was as described. Justin and Abbey were very friendly and responsive. The check-in process was easy. Abbey’s cookies were a great touch and the hot tub was a greatly appreciated bonus, as my wife and I were trying out for the National Dragon Boat team at the nearby Welland Flatwater Centre, and it was like a bonus spa therapy.

Location and neighborhood are wonderful. Quick to downtown, right next to Delaware Park, and walking distance from the Martin House. Accommodations were lovely. Traveling for business a lot, it was so nice to stay in a place that felt like home. Matthew's a dog lover and appreciated the challenges I have traveling with mine. He was quick to respond to questions and to make me (and my dogs) feel welcome. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay! Hot tub is on the property, just steps from the basement apartment. Plenty of space and a pristine backyard. Nice subdivision. Gas logs are a real plus.
