Trendy Loft Steps to Plaza Dorrego

Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Divine 41 sq. meter studio, super bright and with a great open view to the green lung of the block. Fully-equipped kitchen, with a mini-bar refrigerator, with all appliances and cooking utensils. The apartment has air conditioning hot/cold, and smart TV only with Netflix and other apps, it does NOT have cable service. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

We stayed in the apartment for a few days and it was an excellent experience! The place is exactly as in the photos - very cozy and very clean. Despite having several stairs, the effort is worth it for the quality of the place. The air conditioning and hot water made all the difference on the coldest days. I confess that I was a little afraid of being in La Boca, but the apartment conveys a lot of security, I felt super calm throughout the stay. In addition, the location is great: in front of a bus stop, which makes it very easy to get around, and very close to Caminito and the Boca Juniors stadium — you can walk there easily. I also want to highlight the helpfulness of the hostess, who was simply wonderful. Very available, attentive and ready to help in any situation. Super recommend and I would definitely stay here again!

Joaquin is an incredible host. He shared his home and made our stay easy. Marcela, the lady who handed over the keys, was very kind, attentive, and helpful. The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, and has wonderful views of the plaza and church.
