For a time of simple happiness!

This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2025: Heated pool from March 28 to November 2 inclusive. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. 115 m2 cottage + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. If we had known that being in guest rooms could be as warm and friendly as at Pascal and Florence's, we would not have continued to be alone in our Airbnbs. Golden people, 🙏 we learned more in a few days than 2 months of being alone. I recommend them +++ it's like being with friends on vacation and the breakfast is delicious!!! Thank you for everything!

Pleasant, clean accommodation, faithful to the photos. The provision of bed and house linen is appreciable. The accommodation is in the center of La Flèche with restaurants and shopping street 2 steps away. The zoo is less than 10 minutes' drive away. Contact with the owner is quick and pleasant. Perfect accommodation for our overnight stay for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. We appreciated the clear instructions and the quality of the accommodation. The towels folded and arranged on the beds were the little extra that makes you happy when you arrive. If you are visiting the area, the house is ideal.
