It is composed on the ground floor of a large 18 m2 kitchen with dining area, a 22 m2 bedroom (adapted for people with reduced mobility) and upstairs, two 35 m2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, toilet and TV. It can accommodate up to six people and is located on the "La Grange" property, close to 3200 m2 with two parking spaces.

Bring the whole family to this great place with 3 bedrooms, large garden, and bowling green with lots of room for fun, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Châtelaillon-Plage, 15 minutes from La Rochelle, surrounded by the islands of Oléron, Ré and Aix. Pleasant, independent and cozy 2 bedroom apartment located between countryside and sea. New 38 m2 home for rent in 2022. Perfectly equipped, enjoy a relaxing space.
