House holiday rentals in Crevalcore

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Wir waren 11 Ladys und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, besonders schön ist, dass man wirklich für sich ist. Bei Fragen ist Miriam sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Tonic, die Katze ist bezaubernd und äußerst umgänglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto piacevole e confortevole perché lo spazio è stato sfruttato in modo perfetto con mobilia prevalentement in legno. La cucina è molto bene attrezzata e le pentole sono nuove e abbondanti, cosa rara negli alloggi! Il cortile davanti alla porta d'ingresso non è un granchè, mentre il balcone della camera gode di una belle vista aperta sulle montagne. Roberto è molto disponibile. Abbiamo solo dovuto chiarire un piccolo problema a proposito del costo delle pulizie che non erano indicate nell'annuncio, ma è stato risolto velocemente. Raccomando vivamente quest'alloggio.

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Lovely place with spectacular views in quiet surroundings. Perfect for truly relaxing holidays. The house is beautifully renovated (and even better than in the pictures) with lots of space for everyone. There is lots of wildlife including wild boars, porcupine, deer and fox. Watch out for scorpions (normal for the area and not dangerous, but be careful with dogs or kids). The pool is very nice and clean, too. It is possible to do nice walks nearby (good hiking shoes and maybe hiking sticks recommended)

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

La casa è grande pulita corredata con tutto aria condizionata e zanzariere. E' in una zona industriale e ciò corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Tutto perfettamente aderente alla descrizione e Giancarla e suo marito molto gentili. Hanno un cane molto educato che non abbaia e non molesta una gatta che si fa i fatti suoi insomma lo consiglierei ampiamente.

Very special, secluded and quiet location in walking distance to the center of Scandiano. Michele is an artist with an eye for details. The house is filled with history and antique furniture, spotlessly clean and very comfortable even with AC in bedroom and living room. Is was a very authentic Italian experience for us and Michele is so kind and helpful! We missed a bit having a kitchen, but the restaurants around are amazing. For anyone seeking a real cultural experience while having great comfort, this is the place to go.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La presenza del parcheggio è un grande vantaggio, soprattutto a Bologna. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto in stile moderno, accogliente e funzionale. Il letto è estremamente comodo, perfetto per riposare dopo una giornata in giro per la città. La posizione è buona: il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Nicola ha risposto subito alle mie domande Se torneremo a Bologna, sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo questa sistemazione. Consigliatissima!

The stay was wonderful. The house is clean and cozy. The house is located with a stunning view. Paolo, the owner, was very friendly. From the first moment he was always available for any question. And we received lots of recommendations for trips in the area. Highly recommend coming to this property.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Tatiana est attentionnée et extrêmement gentille. Son accueil est chaleureux. Elle est aux petits soins. Le pain fait maison le matin accroché à la porte pour le petit déjeuner et les tomates du jardin sans oublier les œufs des poules sont des attentions très appréciables. Le logement proposé à tout le confort, tout en mettant extrêmement éloigné de toute zone d’habitation. La seule difficulté est le chemin pour arriver chez elle. Il y a 1 km avec deux virages en épingle à cheveux extrêmement ardue. Jeune conducteur : s’abstenir… Je ne me suis jamais sentie bien sur ce chemin, mais Tatiana fait son possible pour nous rassurer. Elle veut bien conduire la voiture… Elle dit que ça passe avec toutes les voitures… Pour la citadine que je suis, c’était une expérience ! Mais le chemin mis à part, on est très bien une fois arrivé. Nature et animaux. (chien, chat, Cheval, poule, sans compter tous les oiseaux).

Er heen gaan is al een feest. Steeds verder omhoog, de aanwijzingen volgend, kom je dan uiteindelijk op plaats van bestemming. Dan eerst even genieten van het spectaculaire uitzicht. Om vervolgens zwaar onder de indruk te raken van het huisje. Super groot, en heel erg authentiek. We voelden ons prins en prinses!

Siamo tornati con il ricordo ancora vivo dell’esperienza dell’anno precedente, e anche questa volta ogni aspettativa è stata superata. Gli host si sono dimostrati ancora una volta persone attente, premurose e molto rispettose delle esigenze degli ospiti. La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, con una pulizia impeccabile che la rende accogliente e piacevole fin dal primo momento. La location è un vero toccasana per staccare dalla routine quotidiana: immersa nella natura, offre tranquillità e una vista meravigliosa. Anche con temperature estive elevate (35°C), si riesce a stare comodamente all’aperto, godendo di una gradevole freschezza e di una pace rigenerante. È la soluzione ideale sia per gruppi di amici – come nel nostro caso, per una rimpatriata – sia per famiglie numerose. Siamo tornati e torneremo sicuramente di nuovo. Grazie ancora di cuore!

Tutto impeccabile tranne il fatto se mi posso permettere di suggerirgli di installare una TV perche` chj non viene in vacanza ma x necessita` ne possa usufruire magari in estate c'e abbastanza vita a pochi metri della casa ma se uno necessita di venire in inverno dove goa` alle 16/30 e`buio la vedo dura.🙏🤗🤗

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. La pulizia era impeccabile, e il camino perfettamente funzionante, con legna fornita gratuitamente dall’host. L’appartamento è immerso nella tranquillità degli Appennini modenesi, un luogo ideale per chi cerca di staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi sentieri per escursioni a piedi, perfetti per esplorare la natura circostante. Sergio e sua moglie sono stati degli host eccezionali: gentili, disponibili e mai invadenti. Consigliatissimo per una pausa rigenerante!

La canonica è un posto magico. Si trova in un piccolissimo borgo, in mezzo al verde e circondato da boschi e colline. Il luogo è perfetto per rilassarsi, andar per sentieri e visitare i dintorni: l'appennino reggiano è stato una bella scoperta. Caterina è una padrone di casa impeccabile, gentile, attenta e disponibile, pronta per qualsiasi necessità e felice di dare consigli sui luoghi da visitare e su cosa e dove assaggiare le tipicità locali. L'appartamento racconta di questi luoghi, è arredato con gusto e grazia e pieno di poesia. Ben ristrutturato, ordinato e pulitissimo, non manca nulla. Ci tornerò sicuramente per una vacanza più lunga.

Casa accogliente, ben arredata, con spa e palestra, dotata di ogni confort, tutto riesce a rendere spettacolari anche le giornate di brutto tempo! Andrea sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni necessità, ci ha fatto passare un weekend memorabile. Consigliatissimo!!

A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! Wir wurden von Lara sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist schön und sehr originell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

"un posto celeste" si trova in un borgo tranquillissimo, immerso nel verde. la posizione consente di raggiungere Rovigo, Ferrara e dintorni in venti minuti. l' appartamento è grazioso, ben tenuto e pulitissimo. il plus è legato al fatto che gli animali sono ben accetti, che per noi è una discriminante nella scelta delle case Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche con Franca e i suoi pelosetti EsperyTop

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step.
