House in the heart of the Prosecco production area, it is one of the oldest in Guia; renovated several times over the years, it can now accommodate itinerant tourists and for extended stays. Very close: Venice (56 km), Treviso (31), Bassano del Grappa (30), Cortina d'Ampezzo (105) and, the nearest Dolomites, an hour's drive away. Highly qualified restaurants in the surrounding area, suggestive landscapes above (Venice is visible with clear air) and a place for walks and bike tours...

Apartment in Susegana

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

The Primula studio apartment is an excellent solution for single travelers or couples who want to spend time in nature while having the services of a small town available. It has a double bed, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living area with fireplace and air conditioning. From the bright terrace you can enjoy a pleasant view. The house is located in Colfosco di Susegana, a charming village nestled in the Prosecco hills, recognized as a UNESCO heritage site. From the terrace of the house you can see the castle of San Salvatore. The house is strategically located, a short distance from the city center, where you can find shops, restaurants, and various services. The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living room and a large kitchenette.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
