Great place to stay. We are swimmers and the lake is clean with beautiful clear water. It was so nice to sit around a beach fire in the evenings. Dwayne and his daughter were so open and welcoming. The screened in deck was amaxing for when the mosquitoes came out! Definitely recommend!!

What an amazing view as you walk around the corner of the house. It's a little peace of paradise right here. The cottage was spotless. The location was perfect. The walkway from the road to the cottage could use a little work, more stairs needed I think. But overall the place is perfect for a relaxing getaway in the fall. Thanks for your hospitality., till the next time.

Sean is the perfect host, he went above and beyond for our stay. Trailer was beautiful and an awesome location. Would definately go back and recommend to friends.

Alanna, Thanks so much for letting us stay Redfish Lakehouse. Our family of 5 plus our Lab had a fantastic time. Lots of swimming and lake activities! Just what we were planning. We had a number of great dog walks by the Kokoanee spawning channels and spent lots of time watching the eagles, osprey, herons and turkey vultures set up shop on the beach. The beach was perfect, a couple of sandbars keep the boats away and make for a mostly sandy walk out to the deeper water. Great for kids and tired dogs! You are a pro - we had everything we needed inside and out - ice maker, Smart TV, extra lawn chairs, beach chairs, beach toys, table games, giant jenga and the dog towel! The deck was definitely a favourite. Lots of room and the afternoon shade was heaven sent at times! We look forward to staying again someday! Tammy & Greg

This was a perfect place to stay for our week away. We had 2 dogs with us who loved the water. The hosts were extremely accommodating and we felt right at home. The place was immaculately clean, and we had everything we could have needed for a beach vacation.

Black Bear Lodge was the perfect spot for our ski vacation. Such a short drive across the border to Rossland and Red Mountain. Jack & Daniel were stellar hosts and the view was breathtaking! We would love to come back again soon-

Amazing. Such a great place to stay. The whole of the Kootenays at your doorstep. Then there was the silence, the incredible view, the ravens swooping by in the morning, the lake stretching out for miles, the private beach, the stars and night filling up the sky, it was all just wonderful. Inga and Karl were beyond generous, and the space was lovely and comfortable and clean and relaxing. Just great.

Our little piece of Heaven! This is our 4th stay and it was AMAZING once again! Alex and Jessica are great hosts and the property is beyond breathtaking! The suite has everything you need…a nice kitchen with “all the things”, a comfortable bed with a cozy duvet, a clean bathroom and large picture sized windows that allow you to enjoy the sunrise and sunset while looking out over the lake. This is a restful retreat in the most beautiful place…Looking forward to visiting again in the fall!

Perfect place to escape! Relaxing on the back porch with the river, favorite! Sleeping at night with the windows open was just like camping listening to the river. House is beautiful and clean. Everything you need is there. Didn’t want to leave! Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for sharing such a great place to escape!

Emilie’s place was wonderful! She was super accommodating and lovely. Our 1.5 year old had so much fun on the beach, and huge patio overlooking Nelson. Would highly recommend!

The studio is beautiful. It’s lovely and cool on a hot summer day and made me feel very calm. We wanted to relax and cook and enjoy some beach and lake activities and we got just that! The location is ideally situated very close to town but on the ‘quiet’ side of the lake. The hosts were great.

The cabin and property were fantastic. Highly recommend this place.

This was our second visit at Ken’s place and we were really happy to be there. There were 10 of us - three generations, our grandchildren are between 12 and 18. The house was very spacious and everybody had the privacy if needed but most of the time we spent evenings playing games in a large living room with a spectacular view of the lake and the mountains. Ken’s place is quite secluded and serene. The dock, which was great to just relax at or to just hold all our paddleboards, kayaks and inflatable toys, is just a three-minute walk from the house. If you like nature, water and privacy we absolutely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in the yurt and loved the surroundings - the river is gorgeous for a swim and the flowers that Hummingbird Farm produce are absolutely glorious. There was more space than we anticipated with a newly screened in eating area on the deck. Brad took our booking very last minute as our plans had changed and it was the long weekend - super accommodating. Recommended!
