Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, agréable avec une vue magnifique. Logement très propre et bien équipé avec un jacuzzi accessible à tous moments et au top !!

Super week-end prolongé chez Amandine. Le chalet est confortable et convivial. Le bain nordique est un plus. Les randonnées aux alentours sont très belles ! Un petit havre de paix !

A really unusual and beautifully converted little mazot or chalet. Looks characterful and rustic on the outside but it was very modern and nicely kitted out on the inside. The space is tiny but we found it perfect for two. We were there in June so could enjoy sitting out on the terrace. We are both over 6ft so had to watch our heads in the bedroom which is in the eaves. We also found the stairs very steep and tricky so would caution people who are not very sure on their feet. One had to be very careful with middle of the night trips downstairs downstairs to the bathroom! Both the living room and the bedroom have a traditional unglazed window which is sealed by a large wooden door which it is brilliant to throw open to enjoy the mountain air, even when it's raining or snowing. Very atmospheric! The mazot is in a quite spot just on the edge of town but everything is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is even a japanese and also a savoyard restaurant a few minutes walk away.

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans ce petit chalet avec des hôtes très accueillants, flexibles et avec de bonnes adresses. Le logement est très bien je recommande fortement !

Great people to deal with. Unfortunately we weren't able to stay due to an issue at our end but I would highly recommend based on their communication and helpfulness

9 of us stayed here and the chalet was great for us, plenty of room and a great kitchen. I would definitely stay there again and will be recommending to F & F.

The view! Great place in a stunning location. Only minutes to shops and 10mins from Chamonix. Beautiful walks on the doorstep. A short walk up the hill and you can take in the view of Mont Blanc Will visit again

Un séjour au top! Le logement est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique! De plus il ya vraiment tout ce quil faut pour bien s'y sentir et etre comme chez soit. Un vrai petit logement cosy. Der Aufenthalt im Schloss war für unsere ganze Familie (6 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 4, 6 und 11) etwas ganz Besonderes! Die Atmosphäre ist besonders edel, der Blick genial, reichlich viel und gute Ausstattung und die Umgebung gigantisch! Wir haben den Garten mit den verschiedenen Sitzplätzen sehr genossen, viel Tischtennis gespielt und sind vom Haus aus gewandert, haben einen wunderbaren Nachmittag am See direkt in Bonneville verbracht, das Einkaufen im Ort sehr geschätzt (vor allem die Fromagerie) und waren von dort aus in Chamonix (Zahnradbahn: fantastisch - Gondel auf den Aguille du Midi und Wanderung von der Mittelstation aus: atemberaubend!) und im "Hufeisen-Tal" mit den vielen Wasserfällen: unbedingt empfehlenswert! HERZLICHEN DANK, Cathrine! Auch für das Vertrauen!

Studio muito bonito e com tudo que é necessário para uma estadia prazerosa e prática. O Franck e sua esposa são pessoas agradáveis e prestativas. Recomendo o local!

A fantastic location in the old town of Annecy. Parking close by . The apartment is as described,a lovely renovation of a historical property and walkable to restaurants and the lake . Very comfy bed and well equipped for eating in if you prefer. We enjoyed touring the lake and spending time on the water and at a great location in the mountains to watch the paragliding .

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans ce chalet. Le paysage est tout simplement à couper le souffle, idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter de la nature. Le chalet était impeccablement propre, très cosy et parfaitement équipé pour répondre à tous nos besoins. Fabienne est adorable, toujours disponible et très accueillante. Un véritable havre de paix dans lequel nous espérons revenir très vite! Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour tous ceux qui cherchent à s’évader et vivre une belle expérience pour ces vacances. Encore merci!

Un logement PARFAIT ! Bernard, Sabine, Macha (leur chienne) et leur cheval, sont très gentils, discrets, arrangeants, réactif. Le logement est ultra propre, petit chalet mais bien aménagé. Des équipements de qualités et bien pensé. Terrain ombragé quasi toute la journée donc parfait autant pour les chiens que pour les humains. Une vue magnifique. Des habitants du lieu dit très poli et sympathique. Une proximité du lac d'Annecy et le Bourget du lac. Tout était parfait alors un GRAND MERCI !

We had a great, short stay and it was fantastic. The villa is beautiful, we loved having the pool to cool off in after a days riding. The villa is a short walk from the old town of Annecy with its wonderful bars and restaurants. It's also very convenient for the lake. Our hosts Aimé and Faïza were very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend their place as a base for exploring Annecy and the surrounding region. I'll be back with my family at some point.

Nous sommes venus chez Michel & Svetlana pour séjourner durant le festival de l'animation à Annecy. Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçus, le logement est parfait ainsi que son emplacement facile à trouver (20 min du centre-ville), calme et magnifique. Les hôtes sont très à l'écoute et nous avons été très bien accueillis dès le 1er jour. De plus, la piscine est particulièrement agréable. Nous recommandons à 100%. Signé Rémi, Justine et Célia.

Merci à Marc pour son accueil et son logement adorable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le calme de l’endroit après nos ballades. Le chalet est très cosy et fonctionnel. La petite piscine et la terrasse est un atout. Nous recommandons pour l’emplacement si l’on cherche un peu de calme en dehors d’Annecy.

Sophie is a very friendly host and she really helped me with the check in. Spotless place, very convenient location, especially if you ski in Les Arcs. Just a short walk to the funicular. Would 100% recommend.

Tout est très bien …. Excepté pour moi, le contact. Vous y prêtez de l’importance où vous n’en prêtez pas mais je n’ai pas eu de contact avec Christele excepté par SMS. Ce n’est pas ma vision du Airbnb mais une vision parfaitement libérale… Juste l’impression d’être un tiroir caisse, deux sms pour me rappeler de partir à 10h pour le prochain locataire et pis voilà. Je mets 5 étoiles car je ne veux pas porter préjudice à Christele…. Mais peut être Christele s’appelle Georges…. Au fond, je n’en sais rien… sans doute suis je vieux jeu…. J’envoie un ultime sms pour informer de mon départ…. Et rien, aucun retour, pas même un bonne route… vite au suivant!! Bref, pour le reste des prestations… rien à redire, le rapport qualité prix est très convenable, cette location fut efficace, rentable, productive. Merci Georges…

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Arcs 1600. Le domaine skiable est immense et magnifique. Le logement proposé par Florent était impeccable, confortable, bien agencé et correspondait parfaitement au descriptif. La vue est sublime. Le livret d'accueil envoyé par notre hôte nous a été trés utile. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Dominique. Florent et Dominique sont très accueillants et réactifs. Nous reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine.

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.
