Please note we live next door in the main house and our dogs (GSD and Chihuahua) will bark occasionally. Neighbours also have dogs that sometimes bark. If you hate dogs, please book elsewhere. Very comfortable 70’s beach house, a large sun drenched NW facing deck with plunge pool (pool will be heated from mid June 2025) Another large quiet undercover deck at the back surrounded with beautiful gardens and large fenced yard. Cosy wood fireplace with wood supplied. Perched on the hill overlooking Crescent Head but still a short walking distance to the beach and shops. 4 beautiful large living areas and play area downstairs for the kids.

The house has two large bedrooms, open plan kitchen/living area. As well as a great little secure outdoor BBQ area that is a good for a small dog. The house is also built wheelchair friendly!

The walk home is easy it’s just the last 60m to the apartment which is pretty steep. The apartments North-East aspect is perfect for warming winter sun all day & nice cool afternoon sea breeze in summer.

Built on the north facing slope of O'Connors hill is our unique, rustic home consisting of a cluster of detached buildings set among a tropical landscape. A private resort. We back onto the national park so we share our land with many native creatures. Please note this is a quiet space, please keep noise to a minimum and no music after 8pm. Enjoy our modern beach cottage with north facing panoramic views over the ocean, golf course and famous point break surf. Self contained private studio located in the village of Crescent Head that is surrounded by tropical gardens and only a short stroll to the beach and shops. The studio is situated directly beneath our family home, so you may hear some household noise from time to time, including the sounds of our kids footsteps. We had such a lovely time at Moonie’s! The accommodation was perfect in every way. As soon as you walk in, you feel immediately calm and at peace. The creek is absolutely stunning, full of wildlife and the kayak was so fun for the kids. Two days were not enough! Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, even cooking us two delicious curries. They couldn’t have been more wonderful and accomodating. We will be back!

From the beautiful interior design, the luxurious bed linen , comfortable leather couches and well appointed kitchen this homestead was a haven for our family. We had plenty of opportunities to head off on family adventures but the call of the pool, the relaxing reading room, the donkey and spa were to much of a temptation for us. Night time saw us melting marshmallows around the fire pit, going for nature walks with our torches and playing games around one of the three large accommodating tables. The few days spent in this beautiful homestead were magical ones for our family. Thank you Kirstin for making our stay so amazing. We are planning for a return visit.

Fantastic Place. Loved absolutely everything. Huge bonus that we could have our beloved doggo with us. The pool and Tennis court were well used by us as was the back verandah where we ate, played games and just chilled. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Rosemont! Donna and Nielson were incredibly kind and welcoming—Nielson even helped us build a fire despite the occasional rain. We got to meet Breezy and the other horses, and I even had the chance to pet them, which was such a special experience. The setting was absolutely beautiful, and we were lucky enough to see a stunning double rainbow during our stay. The only thing that could have made it better would have been clear skies for stargazing. We're already looking forward to coming back—hopefully with no rain next time!

My partner and I stayed here for a relaxing getaway, which turned into a surprise engagement—made even more special by the stunning valley views. The tiny home was cozy, peaceful, and perfect for slowing down. Even with some rain, the view was still beautiful and added to the cozy vibe. Nikki and Peter were great hosts and kept us updated about nearby flooding, which we really appreciated. It was a perfect mix of seclusion and convenience, with great cafes just a short drive away. A truly unforgettable stay!
