Melissa instructed us to call to arrange a time to pick up a key, we had no idea that the Airbnb’s was really a hotel room. She never did respond to our call or messages. The front desk clerk, Alisha was most helpful once we determined we were in the right location. Our stay, once checked in, was wonderful.

Casa Playa (Beach House) #705 - Casa Bay

We were first-timers to this area of Florida and we enjoyed it very much. We liked that the Casa Playa is away from the busy Times Square area but still very easily walkable. Great restaurants and all offered entertainment all day long. The island has free shuttles running from the north end of the island to the Library (just south of Times Square) from morning until night so if you didn't feel like walking/driving, that is a nice feature. Casa Playa is on the beach so you walk out from the elevator, take about 20 steps and you are on the beach. Loved the available chaise lounges, adirondack chairs, side tables, umbrellas, ice machine, also coolers/beach towels provided in the room were a plus. If we had to complain about anything, it would be the elevator. It worked the night we arrived and the next day it did not, but was fixed that same day, within a couple of hours. We will be back next year, and will stay longer in an ocean view room, rather than bay side, which was still lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay... The location was perfect, the room was very nice, and the staff at the resort are exceptional. The customer service exceeded our expectations. We had a little issue with the sink while we were there and they came and corrected the issue right away. Highly recommend staying here and we will absolutely come back.

House is very nice! Trolley to beach is easy way to get around. Community pool a few steps away and not too crowded at this time of year. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lots of places to shop (even groceries).

We had a great time. The location was very convenient, close to the beaches but still quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean, and having private bathroom was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay!
