Frederico is very friendly, proactive and accommodating. Tips on restaurants, shopping, attractions, tips and the possibility to take a tour were very helpful. The apartment was as described, very modernly furnished. A beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower, sliding door to the bathroom, a large living area with fitted kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, TV, dining table and double bed. The BATHROOM and the apartment were very clean and well maintained, nothing was missing. The facility was private, we were able to park the vehicle on the enclosed grounds, the pool was cleaned in our time. Deck chairs and parasols were available, a shower for after swimming was also available. We immediately felt welcome and felt very comfortable. On our next trip to Sirmione, we will gladly speak to Frederico again. Thanks again

The apartment was beautiful with all the amenities needed for a stay. AC in the bedrooms, hotel style bedding and the renovated bathroom was everything. Davide was also a very nice and helpful host who made the stay super smooth! The only downside was the areas around the apartment, at night we didn’t feel completely safe to walk but the taxi services were great and a good solution.

From start to finish, the experience was perfect. They were waiting for me the moment I walked into this beautiful cobblestone street where the apartment is located. They have a nice binder that has all the information that you will need to make your stay a blessing one. If you reach out, they will recommend the best way to plan to your activities. I came here for this amazing concert and I couldn’t be happier that I booked Paola’s place. This will be my go to place next time I am back In Parma, hopefully next year! An oasis of peace and serenity far from chaos and noise. As soon as we arrived at Emilio's house, we felt like we had been catapulted into another era. Hay...green...horses...hens and a nice bunny running around the farm...enjoying all this is priceless. Thank you Emilio for the serenity that your house has given us.

Great place to stay for multiple people! Enough beds and bathrooms that we were comfortable. Great location and space to relax as well.

Everything was great! We had a great time in the Airbnb and Crema in general.

We (two adults and a 6-year-old child) stayed for one night at Andrea's apartment. The property is in a great location for visiting Parma on foot. The interior of the house matches the photos, so we had a great time. Absolute plus: the possibility of parking the car in a private place in front of the house. Andrea was flexible and very kind. If we go back to Parma, we'll pass by again. Thanks ;-)

Paola was an amazing host and the apartment was perfect. It was super clean and modern. I would really recommend it to anyone staying in Crema and especially if you are here for the movie “Call me by your name”.

The place is awesome, space is big compared to Europe standard. Everything is available, Marta is really nice and her recommendation book is perfect.

We had a great time in the apartment. Everything was exactly like on the photos, from the terrace we even had lake view. We especially enjoyed the quiet area, we had the pool always for ourselves and you reach the lake within 5 minutes by feet. Tiziana and Marco live right nextdoor, but we didn’t notice them. They were great hosts, always answered super fast when we had questions and welcomed us with a big breakfast selection for our stay. We would always come back! 💛

The accommodation is very beautiful and quiet for those who love calm and the center area is nice and elegant and it is possible to move to the village of Lemon, which is about an hour away and Riva del Garda more than an hour and a half. The accommodation has most of the needs 👍🏼❤️

Laura is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the days at her home. We loved the hot tub there. There are many high rating restaurants near by. Just few mins walk, that’s really convenient. We also walked to the Castle and enjoy the great view of the Lake.

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

We had the best stay ever, thank you! We have a one year old and it was lovely to have clean towels every day, the flat is also really close to the swimming pool and the restaurant on site is definitely a plus. The flat was well maintained and everything was really clean. We hope to be back soon!

Top of the top. Everything perfect. Missing absolutely nothing. Overly generous host,ample parking, shops and bar near by. Huge esselunga supermercato nearby . 15 minutes drive to Parma fiera. Will definitely be back when near Parma. Many thanks,Edmond
