Welcome to the oasis of calm! The beautiful newly renovated 2-room apartment near Braunschweig is located on the outskirts of Hötzum and invites you to switch off and relax. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and stove, the apartment has a rain shower and a washing machine. The terrace in the countryside also invites you to linger. The apartment is quietly located in the village of Waggum near Braunschweig. The nearest supermarket is in the village in about 300 meters. If you arrive by car, you can park directly in the yard, or free of charge on the street. The nearest bus stop is within walking distance in about 200 m.

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has an 18 m² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Braunschweig. From here you can easily reach Braunschweig City with theaters, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with Phaeno and Autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.

I felt very comfortable and the room is very nice and large with a view of the sky and a balcony. Very central and quiet and the hostess very friendly. I am looking forward to booking again. A small oasis of kindness and a conscious time of rest for oneself. The rooms are on the upper floor and the bathroom is also. Five stars out of five

Jasmin is extremely nice and friendly. Communication was great and quick. It is a very quiet location so you could sleep very quietly. The apartment is super clean and nicely furnished and easy to reach by car. On my next visit to Cremlingen, I will definitely get in touch with Jasmin again.

An unexpected central location, everything super accessible yet very quiet. And even with a dog great. Ulli was already a very good and accommodating host in advance and since he happened to be at home during my stay, we always ran into each other, which always resulted in a nice chat. Otherwise, I never felt like I was disrupting him in his privacy. Everything was clean so far, the amenities very good (incl. Kitchen, bathroom). Despite the humble weather throughout, we felt comfortable.
