House holiday rentals in Cozes

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

A beautiful moment of relaxation after a long motorcycle ride. Swimming pool, fountain, lights, pleasant and well-arranged natural space. a much appreciated breakfast to start the day. i recommend it.

Great family stay at Stéphane's. The accommodation as well as the services offered (swimming pool, tennis court, ping pong, etc.) are conducive to a good stay. Stéphane and his wife are good at giving advice on what to do nearby.

Marion is an extremely kind person, focused on the well-being of the client. We loved the house, everyone has their own room with their own bathroom, which allows each person in due time to be either in a group or alone to rest, take a nap or read. Heaven. I recommend this place without moderation and we plan to return!

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great stay at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, close to the beach. The children had a great time and the adults did too! A big thank you for the welcome and this beautiful moment of relaxation. We recommend it without hesitating!!!

We had a really great stay. We enjoyed a relaxing few days by the pool. The accommodation was very clean and we found the hosts to be very friendly and communication was 10/10.

We stayed here with a family with 2 children aged 1&3. Manon and Thibault were always in the weather to make the stay as nice as possible. Everything is provided for the household (also for children), very large outdoor swimming pool, trampoline and outdoor toys, very good animals. Cozy and spacious cottage, good mattresses, clean linen, private garden.

We had a very good week at Angélique's. his friendly house is very nice, very clean, well equipped Very nice host who immediately puts you at ease with good advice on places to visit our little dog loved the presence of the donkeys and the goat. André is a great host! He answers very quickly, he cares that you are well and comfortable and he is very, very kind. The accommodation is very clean, very bright, it is as in the photos and is very close to the station on foot. It's super quiet and very pretty!

Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a few steps from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well-equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

We were delighted by our stay at Héloïse, a small haven of peace in the middle of a relaxing countryside. The accommodation is lovely, tastefully furnished, very practical. Heloise is super nice and Pio adorable. We recommend this place.

There are homes that we like and forget, but at Janick's, it's different, we like, we love, we appreciate the home, and above all, we don't forget it. The hosting was very warm. The house is extraordinary; it is very well arranged for people with reduced mobility. We were superbly welcomed. Everything was perfect. Janick gave us very good addresses for visits and restaurants. We highly recommend this host. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to both of you.

Dominique and Gérard are very kind. I enjoyed my stay in this little house in the countryside where I felt at home as well as my little dog who was able to enjoy the garden and long walks in their vineyards.

Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Beautiful house, very bright, in a beautiful environment facing Le Platin beach. We spent the Easter weekend there and enjoyed the view and the customs trail

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

we had a very good stay with Framboise. the house is cosy and practical. it is just about 8 minutes by bike to Le Chateaux d'Oleron. bakery and supermarket are not far away. communication with Framboise was easy and quick.

Great welcome from Christophe for a single night's stay, we were entitled to small madeleines, coffee, a bed prepared in advance and everything we needed! Unbeatable value for money given the price of the night! I highly recommend 😁

On a business trip, we enjoyed the calm and comfort after the days at the embroidery show. Melanie was very available both when we arrived and when we left. We will be delighted to book during our next visit 🌸🌿
