Gonzalo es un tremendo anfitrión! Amigable y proactivo. El refugio otorga todo lo necesario para 2 personas. Fácil de llegar y mucho para recorrer cerca. Fue un agrado conocer a Gonzalo y su proyecto. Lo recomendamos!

Soy usuario de Airbnb hace bastante tiempo, he recorrido 4 continentes y no había encontrado un hoster como Ana María , la atencion a los detalles y satisfacción del cliente son su toque distintivo.

I booked 2 nights and ended up staying 6…! I had such a fun time at Casa del Rio, the house and surrounding area are beautiful and warm, but it was the people who were there who really made my stay wonderful. Marcela was busy (high season), but always had time for me, made an extra effort to understand my absurd and limited Spanish :) Thank you 🙏

We were very comfortable for our 2 night stay at Barbara’s shack. The wood combustion stove kept us snug. Plenty of wood provided. The kitchen was more than adequate - even a kettle, and bottled water supplied. It was easy to cook all of our meals. The shower had great hot water and there was a washing machine which we didn’t need to use. It quite rare to see one in accommodation in Patagonia. Bed was comfortable. Barbara was exceptional in answering our questions both before and during our stay. We had an adequate 3g signal for email etc. The shack is a bit ramshackled but remember that the rental is not very expensive.

Tuvimos una estadia perfecta en la hermosa casa de Patricia. Cuenta con un patio muy bien mantenido y parrilla para hacer un fueguito. Los espacios son amplios, luminosos y acogedores y la chimenea y estufas permiten mantener la casa con una temperatura ideal. Volvería sin dudar!

Lugar limpio y ordenado, el único problema fue que la ducha no tenía agua caliente 🥹 la estufa de pellet fue increíble! Nos salvó, faltaban unas cosas en la cocina como ollas para cocinar, fósforos (no tenía chispero), todo lo demás fue excelente ☺️

We had a great stay at Carolina’s place! The room was cozy and had a beautiful view of nature from the window. Everything was very clean, and Carolina was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home. Highly recommended!

La casa es muy cómoda , tiene estacionamiento lo cual es muy práctico. Al lado de la casa vive la señora cuidadora la cual es muy amable y predispuesta a todo lo que uno necesite . Todos los días prendía el hogar para que la casa esté cálida antes de que lleguemos . Hay un quincho con parrilla donde está la heladera, genial para hacer un asado

Marcia and her family are amazing. I spent 11 nights in the Aysen region of Patagonia and this was my favorite cabin and hosts. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and everything was explained. There was a welcome gift of delicious homemade bread and 6 eggs as well as a locally sourced organic juice and a small locally sourced protein bar. Everyday they brought firewood and made sure the cabin stayed warm. Everyday if I needed something they were quick to respond. When they went into town the asked if I needed anything to be brought back. They are incredibly kind. As far as the cabin it’s beautiful, the attention to detail and the construction are very clearly top level and someone took a lot of care while building this. It had the best and most cozy atmosphere of any cabin I stayed in during my trip to Patagonia. I 110% recommend staying with Marcia. The best Airbnb experience I have ever had. I was able to rest and feel completely refreshed. When I left they gave me chocolate coffee.

Me encantó la cabaña, tal cual eran las fotos, hermosa y muy acogedora. Nos esperaron con la estufa encendida, realmente muy acogedora y Lorena muy amable y preocupada.

Este lugar es increible! Es cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía larga o corta y mucho espacio dentro en caso de que llueva afuera. La naturaleza es maravillosa y muy tranquila, y la infraestructura del lugar permite realmente disfrutar de ella, con terrazas al borde del río, actividades e incluso un quincho muy cómodo. Y lo mejor, la atención, que va mucho más allá de un simple hospedaje. Te ayudan a armar panoramas maravillosos y siempre desde la mejor disposición y buena onda. Lo recomendaría 100%.

Muy linda cabaña, con las comodidades necesarias. Rica la bosca para calentar la estadía! A una distancia prudente de coyhaique y especial para continuar mas hacia el sur, cerca de lagos y con bajada al rio simpson. El camino de ripio si bien accesible, recomendado para auto alto e idealmente 4x4! Cris muy buena anfitriona y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento.

Very nice and simple accommodation in the middle of nature. Carlos is a great host and always there for you if you have any questions or problems. Highly recommended :)

If you are looking to stay in the Puerto Aysen area, we HIGHLY recommend that you book at Refugio Maroyan. I have been to dozen’s of AirBnbs and this was by far the most well rounded experience I have ever had. I booked this stay for the Patagonman race and it completely exceeded my expectations and made the race experience and vacation even better. We needed extra help with directions to the property and Marco responded quickly with clarity. The accommodations and amenities are exactly as described and the location was perfect to access the race and the town. To celebrate the race, the lovely host family threw a surprise feast for all of the guests of the Refugio with food, drink and dancing. They truly built a community during our brief trip. I walked away from this stay with new friends and memories.

Tudo certo, a cabana é enorme e conta com tudo que precisa para se hospedar. Era para eu ficar somente um dia mas a cabana atendia tão bem que resolvi ficar mais um dia. Muito obrigado.
