Daniela and Tito welcomed us, as if we had met from before, they were very attentive to us. The cottage has everything you need to spend comfortable in coyahique, we felt very welcoming, the place is very special, surrounded by nature to rest and disconnect, they touched us two days of rain that we love. We will certainly return.. 💯 recommended. Our children enjoyed the surroundings every day with games, always accompanied by Nalca, the most affectionate dog we have shared with on this trip, there are also two more puppies that are very well behaved and that we will miss them!!!

Marco and his family are very friendly and helpful. We immediately felt at home. Our cottage (No. 5) had 1 room with one double bed and 1 room with three beds, so the four of us had enough space. The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and if something is missing, Marco is happy to help out. Especially nice was the evening together with guests from all over the world, to which Marco and his family invited. It was a wonderful evening. You can feel that Marco and his family lead their Refugio with a lot of love and dedication. I would 100% recommend this place for your stay. Jaime is incredibly helpful. The house and the surroundings are absolutely stunning. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax. The interior of the house is heated with electricity so I didn’t have to spend time trying to keep it warm with fire. The water is warm the home is hot the WiFi is reasonably good. This was an excellent experience and just the escape I needed. Just perfect.

Excellent stay, totally recommended either to rest and disconnect for several days or spend a night near Balmaceda for a flight the next day. The cabin was equipped with everything you need. Communication with Joel was always efficient.

Paola’s cabaña was a dream stay! We are travelling the Carretera Austral in a camper but needed a few days break from the car to rest and relax and this was the perfect place! We loved soaking in the tinaja and gazing at the stars, cooking some nice meals in the big and well equipped kitchen, and staying toasty with the fireplace - oh and the bed was super comfy! Paola was the loveliest host, it felt like we had known her forever. Highly highly recommend!

Very nice cabin, with the necessary amenities. Rica la bosca to warm up the stay! A prudent distance from coyhaique and special to continue further to the south, close to lakes and with a descent to the rio simpson. The ripio path although accessible, recommended for high car and ideally 4x4! Cris very good host and willing to help at all times.

We enjoyed our stay at Yenny’s and wish it could have been longer. It was a last minute booking and we arrived late and left the next morning. The place was clean and spacious and there was an amazing view of town.

We flew in to Balmaceda and wanted a cabin for a hot shower before backpacking in Patagonia. Leaving 30 below C in Montana USA and waking up to green grass and a gorgeous view was a nice start to our trip....and the showers were hot!

Very good place. Very spacious, nice and safe. 10 min drive(printable) to downtown Coyhaique.

Clean and tidy place. We arrived and the place was with the heater on, getting us an ideal temperature. Ricardo was a very good host, worried about being comfortable. The only thing that would improve would be the heating of the house, since in the mornings it was very cold and it was delayed in heating, but it does not make it more difficult to enjoy the place.

Very nice the cottage. Strategically located for us because we needed to spend the night to go to the airport in the morning and it was very close, the place is very cozy and we had a rainy night that felt very nice.

The cabin is excellent! Very spacious and beautiful. The bed is very comfortable and the water is very hot. It has a full kitchen with good equipment. The hosts are kind and concerned about the well-being of the guests. In the cabin, there are several indications of nearby services and locations. If I return to Coyhaique, I would like to stay again.

Lovely quiet place near restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores.

We had a wonderful month!! It is very comfortable, from the heating, the TV with very fast internet to the kitchen implements!! You can also go down to the river and enjoy the birds💚

Wow, where do I start. What a lovely place to stay. The cabin is like something out of a film or fairytale. Completely in nature, hidden in a forest, with an amazing view of the valley. It feels like the rest of the world doesn’t exist when being here. A wooden cabin with a classic log burner, equipped with kitchen, hot water. Everything you could want basically. It’s obvious how much they care about it. It is designed in a fascinating way. You climb a ladder to get to the bed, and from the bed you can look down on the rest of the cabin. I’ll never forget having a shower and looking out the small wooden window at the view. Ines, the host, is just a wonderful person. Communicated well before we arrived and once there she was asking if we needed anything, she even came to say bye. She was so nice, and a pleasure to meet. I just can’t find enough superlatives to describe how good it is. If you want a truly wild, authentic Patagonian experience in pure nature, this is the place to be!

Family trip with two small children, great experience, the house and impeccable surroundings. Very good location, although the last section is irregular, you do not require a 4x4. Close to Coyhaique (30 min.) and with a business nearby (en route 7 to the north 15 min), impressively quiet place, literally no noise is heard, the dog of the house sparsely barks, almost always in another space, and when it does not bother anything. Cristina is very friendly and always attentive to any need, with very quick response time. Excellent value for money, we would definitely come back.
