Upstairs loft features queen bed over looking the lake, 4 twin beds on opposite side of loft with 1/2 bath and closet. Screened porch with lake view, large shaded grass yard, access to boat dock. Great fishing, water sports or just chilling.

Fish from the dock or bring your own boat and launch from the boat ramp*. *Boat ramp is steep & water is 2.5 ft deep so smaller boats only.

Beautiful, cozy cabin on Gantt Lake, AL. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom and one in the loft, along with a rollaway bed already set up. An additional rollaway bed is located in the attic. There is no pullout sofa. 1.5 bathrooms, washer, dryer, and a fully operational kitchen. Two delightful electric heaters create a charming ambiance all year round. The cabin has a fenced in yard, gated covered porch, and a great boathouse.

Having grown up on Gantt Lake not far from Lesa’s place, I knew what to expect when booking. Her cabin reminded me so much of my childhood lake house - charming, quaint and a beautiful view! The screened in porch area was a nice hangout spot & the pier was perfect for watching the sunrise/sunset, fishing and swimming. The driveway is a little tricky with a larger vehicle, but we figured it out. We spent 90% of our time outdoors, which is exactly how we wanted it! Lesa was very responsive and helpful. It was the perfect little lakeside getaway spot!

Rustic Dawn Retreat Straughn area. 5 acres

This was a great little spot! It felt like being at grandma’s house in all the RIGHT ways! It was cozy, inviting, and felt right at home. Dawn was very helpful and responsive! I would highly recommend this home to anyone in the area!

Bunkhouse at Campground

Victoria is a wonderful hostess and I will never regret our faith-led adventure down here. As a hostess, she made everything so easy and was always patient with me, she's done a great job with this camp ground. It's private, peaceful, and truly has all you need if a "family-friendly getaway and relax" -ing time is what you've been looking for. This is it! Florala is just dearly charming overall, I recommend staying at Victoria's Lake City Campground one thousand percent!

Victoria is a great host. Her property is quiet and peaceful, and very close to some good bass fishing. 3 of the cabins have their own shower and bathroom, while the bunkhouse gives you your choice of 2 in the common area. A great value, for sure. I stayed in each type, and both are very much worth the rental price. I would highly recommend Lake City Campground.

Quiet Cabin - 10 min from Lake

I usually rent a motel in Andalusia however this time I wanted something else. I found these cabins were in my price range and tried it out for some daddy daughter time. let me tell you, the hosts were very pleasant, kind, and so welcoming! I really enjoyed my time there and will be going back!! gull kitchen to make puree foods for my daughter and meals for myself when didn't feel like grilling out.
