Everything was great! We did have to hunt down some towels and the lock to the game room was not working, but the host was extremely helpful and very responsive. Would definitely book with host again he was great! House was as deceived and perfect for our family that was in town for a wedding. Loved the kitchen and the ping pong dining table was a hit with our crew! Thanks for a great stay!

We had an enjoyable stay! The house was very clean and had everything we could need away from home for 2 nights. The pool was 80 degrees and perfect for our kids!

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The house itself was very clean. It had tons of space for everyone that came down for the weekend. The game room is such a huge bonus to this stay, we ended up spending most of our time in here. The hot tub is also great and works perfect. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

Enough towels for pool and many showers, good ac, and responsive and flexible host

This home is lovely. It was exactly what my family needed to unwind. We were unable to take full advantage of the pool with weather and the pool just being open, and there were tiny ants that you can tell were being addressed. The bedding was great, many cozy pillows and blankets made everyone feel at home. The upstairs are steep and a slight shift in the floor so I was nervous to have in-laws go up and down so we switched rooms- for able bodies folks there is no issue just something to note if you have more then one couple that would need accommodations. THERE is a sign noting such on the stairs as a reminder. The location was perfect. The views of the area were beautiful. I would return again!!

This place is a great rare find airbnb in with swimming pool. Although we couldn’t use the pool due to weather staying under 65F, our kids did enjoyed enough of the hot tub. The rear view is beautiful. Even the dirt clearing side view from distance is worth watching. Free firewood is definitely a great addition. There were enough chairs and towels for 10. The beds and rooms were cleaned and nice. The only drawback was the sound of the traffic as it’s right on the road but we knew and didn’t bother much and owner had nothing to do about it. Parking was more than enough and finding the place was easy. We will be back with kids when the weather is warm enough for using the pool. Thanks Scott & Amanda for hosting us.

Everything was as described. Home was very clean. Home is in long concreted private driveway which is nice, only complaint is that traffic on busy State Route 225 can be loud and annoying if you are on outside. Overall very satisfied.

We loved our stay at Portage Lakes. Johnny is a great host. The house is clean, cozy, and in a perfect setting on the lake. My family especially enjoyed the kayaks! Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our night. We were biking the trail from Cincinnati to Cleveland. This was a short drive and a very clean house. It had everything that we needed and was close to restaurants for dinner.

Such a neat tiny house. I loved the third floor reading and lookout nook. Bed was comfortable. The place even had a propane grill. Beautiful place.

This was our first stay at an Airbnb. It was wonderful! The home was very spacious, clean, fully stocked with everything you would need in a home and was so so cozy and comfortable. The scenic area around the house was beautiful. It was country living in the city limits. We will definitely return on our next visit to Ohio. Furthermore, the host Zayd, was very helpful and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay. We came up for a friend’s wedding and were on the fence between a hotel and an Airbnb and we are so glad we chose to stay at Martha’s cottage. It was a cozy home that was perfect. It had a great kitchen that we made breakfast in and comfortable beds. There were 4 of us and we all slept comfortably. Had a blast watching a movie on the big tv in the living room. It was also great that she had an ironing station so I could get my shirt ironed out for the wedding. There was also a good church down the road and some good restaurant choices decently close by. All in all I would stay here again thank you so much Martha!!! She also had a little mugs out as a keepsake which was adorable. Unfortunately I left mine behind.

The quality of this place is outstanding! Some houses look good in photos, but when you get there, the details show how little effort goes into maintaining it. This place is the exact opposite. Annette clearly takes extreme care of this house. It’s even better in person than the pictures show! And she has obviously thought through the guest experience, as there were water bottles, snacks, blankets, and so many other “extras” that made the stay seamless. If we’re ever in the Akron area again we will 1000% be staying here again.

Wow! Amy was a fantastic host! She sent great info prior to our stay about local restaurants, thing to do, and the easy check-in process. Her home was spacious and well-decorated. It’s obvious she’s a designer! The bathrooms were great and appeared recently remodeled with nice countertops, sinks and primary shower. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated that she had fans in two of the upstairs bedrooms. The spacious kitchen was well-stocked with all you need and a coffee station too. She has a good laundry setup in the basement. Amy’s beautiful flowers were in bloom and she has a gorgeous front and back yard. When crazy weather came through and the area was under a severe tornado watch, Amy reached out to check on us and let us know about emergency supplies in case of a power outage. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in her home and will definitely book again next time we are in the adorable town of Hudson!

Beautiful cottage. Perfect for our family. The kids loved it. We enjoyed swinging on the porch swing as a storm rolled in. Beautifully decorated to feel historic and modern.

Beautiful property close to hiking trails cuyahoga national park activities and local music venue. I will definitely return for future visits. Home is comfortable and has all you need for a stay

The tow path view from the cute backyard really makes this place special! Beth had done a great job with the decor and I loved how easy it was to find things. The extras you supplied were very helpful it was very clean

Felt like I was living in luxary - so many amenities! Nestled in the woods and peaceful. Everything was in close proximity. Plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood. Will come again if in Akron!

Maxwell’s House was perfect for us! Clean and comfortable. Great recommendation for Mr. Zub’s. Love the easy going vibe of the place. Our favorite part was sitting on the large front porch with our dog and watching the squirrels and birds of the neighborhood! The house had everything we needed and Maxwell was very responsive to our questions. We will most definitely try to stay here again when we visit family.

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. Everything was spotless, inviting, and family-friendly. Jessica was very responsive and kind, and you can tell she puts so much care into making experiences for guests top notch. Highly recommend!

The home could not have been nicer. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. All of the amenities of home. Tons of space, both for privacy and to gather together. We highly recommend this home.
