We had a great weekend with the family! The grounds are very well laid out and beautifully wooded (petanque court, swimming pool, barbecue, etc.). We made the most of it! On the other hand, the accommodation is very well equipped for young children (high chair, crib, dishes, etc.). Perfect for our little girl! In the village (where you can go on foot), there is good organic bread! Ideal! Go ahead! We recommend it!

Small cottage perfect for the 4 of us, perfectly equipped and perfectly as described. Accustomed to gite rentals, we highly recommend it. The interaction with the owners was the cherry on the cake, perfect! Thank you for the welcome and communication

We had a fantastic time in Fab's house... far too short a time as it turned out... so much to see, do and discover in the Ardèche which is beautiful. Fabrice had a host of great walking, swimming and visiting recommendations... the suggested visit to Plage du Cirque de Gens was wonderful for swimming, relaxing and jumping off rocks. Definitely a place we need to revisit for a lot longer...

I enjoyed the place a lot, the accomodation was very clean and it had a lot of space. It has a nice (shared) garden where you can enjoy your coffee and everything is walkable (restaurants, city etc) I had no EV-charger with me and the host gave me hers, this is a very nice gesture and i’ll recommend this place to everyone!

We had a great night at Simone's place. It went very well. The neighborhood is quiet, which is very appreciable, and we were able to enjoy the pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of wandering the streets of Montélimar. Great stay in this spacious accommodation, the outside is a real plus. This is a ground floor of a house, the owners are upstairs, I avoid this kind of Airbnb usually but they were super respectful of my privacy and discreet. The big plus of the accommodation is the amenities, it's really nice for a short stay not to have to worry about coffee and to be able to cook on site etc.

We are delighted with our stay. Easy to access, self check-in, accommodating and very clear explanations. Lots of good tips for nearby restaurants. The space was as photographed and very clean.
