Our fully furnished studio guesthouse is located on our 1.25 acre property. It is perfect for a couple, 2 friends, or parents and child. We are conveniently located 2 minutes off of highway 99. We are also 15 minutes from downtown. This studio has all the amenities of home, yet the privacy of your own space and entrance. We can not wait to host your next getaway. Here you can sit, boat, fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! Kayaks are provided. We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.
