Merci à Stéphane pour son accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons passé en famille un excellent séjour. Maison neuve, mobilier…. Neuf, vraiment quelle chance d’avoir réservé chez Stéphane. Le coin est super pour partir en balade, randonnées et l’été de nombreuses activités sont proposées. Je recommande vivement,

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le chalet de Madeleine. Au delà de la qualité de l’accueil et de la pro activité de Madeleine, son logement est très propre, fonctionnel avec une superbe vue sur le massif de la Chartreuse. La vue depuis le jardin est splendide et il est agréable de regarder le soleil se coucher après une bonne rando ! D’ailleurs beaucoup de belles randonnées (à plus de 1500m) sont à faire à 30min maximum en voiture du chalet. À préciser que la maison dispose également d’un studio au RDC bas (mais qui ne donne pas sur le jardin à l’arrière). Le centre du village est accessible à pieds et on y trouve tous les commerces nécessaires (boulangerie, charcuterie, épicerie, pharmacie, café solidaire…).

Lovely, spacious property and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed the views from the terrace in the morning and evening and outside space. Really liked the location for easy access to restaurants and walks, shops for food and drink and to beaches on the lake. Very responsive host and great communication. Would recommend.

Matthieu c est rendu disponible à toutes nos demandes . la maison est super équipé il ne nous manquait rien comme à la maison . et un espace hyper hyper confortable pour toute notre famille , enfants ravis +++++

très bel emplacement. Saint jorioz est un très joli lieu, bien situé. Possibilités de belles promenades au bord du lac. la maison est agréable et confortable. la vue est splendide et reposante. nous la recommandons vivement. Marie Cécile est sympathique.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L’appartement est somptueux avec des prestations de qualité hôtelière et un contact chaleureux de Lyly. L’emplacement est idéal près de la voie verte et du lac. Nous espérons revenir! Merci

Anne-Catherine’s villa is absolutely lovely, surpassing all our family if 6’s expectations!! The accommodations are beautiful, modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, in a perfect location, just a very short walk to the lake and restaurants! We loved hanging out and playing games in the idyllic, spacious garden in the back, too. Anne-Catherine communicated well with me and was very gracious. I highly recommend this place! If we’re ever back in Annecy, this is where we’ll want to stay!!!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la région d’Annecy, la maison était parfaitement conforme à sa description, très chaleureuse, fonctionnelle et spacieuse, idéale pour un groupe. Nous avons pu y cuisiner, faire des jeux, utiliser le barbecue et profiter des extérieurs! Sylvain a été très à l’écoute et disponible tout au long de nos échanges, en amont puis pendant le séjour pour nous conseiller et nous orienter au mieux! Merci également pour la flexibilité pour l’arrivée et le départ de la maison, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous recommandons sans réserve :)

Superbe maison pour des vacances en famille ! C’est notre coup de cœur !

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Marie-Laure. La maison est située au calme à proximité du lac. Elle est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour profiter du jardin et de la terrasse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

Un super séjour en famille et sportif . Super maison , avec des chambres top, confortable, une literie extra 🙂. Un extérieur agréable pour manger et apéro du soir . Un départ de balade au frais , avec une voie verte . Peut être, si je peux me permettre…… un autre petit frigo ( pour les boissons 🥴 et un congélateur ! Pour 10, c’est un peu juste ! Mais sinon tt top ! Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir ♥️

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

La maison est bien équipée, emplacement parfait avec le lac à quelques minutes à pied. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes depuis la piscine !

This is one of the nicest Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. The location was stunning, with a glorious view of the mountains from the garden. The house was spacious and the pool large and very well maintained. At the same time, the location was great - it was just a couple of minutes walk from the lake, the cycle track and some very good local restaurants. The neighbourhood felt very safe and we were comfortable walking there at night. Sibel and her family are also incredible hosts - they have a real generosity of spirit which shines through. My hire car broke down as I was leaving and, as I had to go to the airport, they kindly waited with the car whilst the hire car company's breakdown service came to collect it. They even offered to drive me to the airport! I have recommended this place to several of my friends - it's perfect for families and friends.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Jean-Christophe. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication, de très bons échanges. Le logement était parfait. L’environnement est très calme et très reposant. La maison est accueillante et familiale. Jean-Christophe a été très disponible, à l’écoute et chaleureux. Merci pour tout. La région est sublime, nous reviendrons !

Après de nombreux échanges par message avec Cendrine, nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Mélanie. La maison correspondait en tout point à la description. Elle convient parfaitement pour une famille de 5. Nos 3 enfants ont pu profiter des nombreux jeux sur place (balançoire, trampoline, maisonnette pour enfants sans compter tous les jeux intérieurs mis à disposition). Côté adulte, on y trouve tout le nécessaire: cuisine équipée, machine à laver, barbecue à Gaz, … Sans oublier la piscine semi enterrée (bien suffisante pour se rafraîchir) La superbe terrasse extérieure qui surplombe Albertville offre une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes. Un joli terrain de pétanque permet de se détendre pendant que les enfants jouent en toute sécurité (terrain entièrement clôturé) Proche de toute commodité. Enfin, maison très propre. Un tout grand merci à Cendrine et sa famille de nous avoir permis de passer de telles vacances et merci aussi à Mélanie pour son accueil

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. The 2 A/C bedrooms made for very comfortable sleeping, helped by very effective shutters and a very peaceful area. The pool was a lovely way to cool off and relax in a very private and peaceful garden. The location is amazing with a very short walk to 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, a local min-market, a local grocer and a tabac, as well as several very nice local restaurants. The lake is less than 5 minutes down a shaded road and is spectacular - we went every day and loved the water and the grassy shores which offered loads of shade. Virginie and her husband were a delight - they were hugely welcoming and accommodating, they were very prompt at replying to messages and made us feel absolutely at home. We'd visit again anytime. A brilliant holiday.
