Excellent stay at Charlotte's, the accommodation is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and super functional, absolutely everything is thought of to make your life easier. The sofa bed is a REAL bed and we were all jealous! The host is lovely and ultra responsive if needed. I recommend this cocoon without hesitation. A couple and three children who felt at home!

hello, Benoît and Sandra's apartment is perfect for a long stay. Very accommodating. We lack nothing. Thank you very much for your welcome gift. Small message for travelers with animals: to respect the premises, remove the carpets and the 3 decorations under the TV. This is what we did as a precaution despite the wisdom of our animals. They may take revenge if you leave them alone. Perfect for 4 people and a baby. Land behind and in front not fenced to walk our dogs while picking up their needs. Private garage and secure location in front of the house. I highly recommend the Gervaisien apartment. Sandra runs a grocery store in the village and will welcome you with a big smile. Loved the place, large beautiful green outdoor space. It was quiet and spacious space. Outdoor furniture. Secure premises. Philippe and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. The bakery a few doors down beside the meat market is to die for! The train station is a 7 minute walk away. Pleasant walk across the river to old Ambois town centre.

Our 2 nights in Blois we made extra special with our stay at this AirBnb. Perfect location a block or 2 away from all the restaurants, shopping and chateau’s. Plenty of amenities and everything was exactly as listed. It was lovely to have coffee in the morning on the cute patio while we planned our day. Thanks again Eddy. Note: if you are driving, the parking spot for this AirBnb courtyard is little. Large cars or SUV’s will need to find street parking. That being said our mid-sized rental fit and it was nice to park secure behind a locked gate.

Ideally located accommodation if you want to go to Beauval Zoo or even visit a few castles of the Loire Valley. Ability to park in the private courtyard. Very nice exterior and which can be enjoyed if the weather is nice. Very clean accommodation, good bedding. A little wet in rainy weather but to sleep or eat no worries. We would recommend it without hesitation.

You can't find a better service that perfectly matches the description on the site. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or proposal for improvement are very commendable. But as it is specified in many opinions published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already at the top. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the general situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their place.

Very nice welcome and very nice apartment. A gigantic and very pleasant terrace in the afternoon. Everything is very relaxing and reassuring. Another positive point, the accommodation is very close to the train station and shuttles.
