Farmstay holiday rentals in County Wicklow

The caravan was so much fun to stay in and the whole property was peaceful and beautiful. Everything was clean and we were even able to purchase some firewood to have a small fire.

We stayed in 2 yurts. 2a+2c in one, and my son stayed with 3 friends in the Walled Garden Yurt. We were celebrating his 18th Birthday. This was our 3rd visit and it's just as beautiful as it was the first time we visited. The yurts were clean and beautifully decorated inside. Each yurt has a gas heater, a seating area and a firepit. There's a communal kitchen that has everything you could possibly need (even hot water bottles). The bathrooms were clean and the kids playroom was a huge hit with my 2 girls (7 and 8). My son and his friends liked the privacy of their yurt and all had a great time. We used the large firepit, BBQ and dining area everynight. It's a peaceful location and was safe for my 2 to run around and play on the swings and slide. The hosts are very friendly and attentive and we will definitely return. My favourite place on Earth 😊 While it’s close enough to Dublin, it’s so private and peaceful it feels like you are completely away from civilisation in the most positive way. The surrounding are absolutely stunning, and there is a lot of sightseeing nearby. This place is just perfect for disconnecting from the busy city life. And lastly, Richard and Ben are fantastic hosts, very friendly, responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back here myself 💚

Firstly, the location is stunning, offering incredible views in peaceful surroundings. We did some walks down through the fields to the lake shore, greeted by the lovely donkeys along the way. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you could easily spend the whole time with those views, but there are also other places you can easily visit with a car from the cottage. We travelled to Dublin for a day, via the Park and Ride at Red Cow, Bray, Naas, and Kilkenny. The cottage itself was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The welcome pack was a nice touch to get us started on our self-catering stay. Niamh was a responsive host - we had no issues. Highly recommended

We LOVED our stay in this amazing home and this beautiful area of Ireland. We flew in from LA. It was walking distance to the nearest pub and a great crowd, very friendly. The closest cities were about a 7-10 minute drive and there was so much to see within an hour's drive of this home. I really would recommend staying at Aoife's beautiful home. We even stayed in and relaxed some days and it was perfection.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ballyknocken cottage! The cottage is super cosy and looks exactly like the pictures. I couldn't recommend more!

Lovely little cottage on a sheep farm. We only stayed one night on our way through but would have been nice for a weekend getaway etc. Very friendly dogs and our little one enjoyed spotting the sheep and cows in the paddocks.

The cottage we stayed in was beautiful, the surroundings were serene and idyllic. The property was very clean and it had everything needed. Lovely log burner too. Easy to reach many great areas.

we had a fabulous few days at Felicity and Stephens place. The surroundings are so beautiful and the private beach was such a luxury to have. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking at dates to come back again. By far one of the best dog friendly places we have ever stayed!

Sophia and her family were amazing and went above expectations. Super helpful and kind, helped tremendously when car broke down and literally saved us a world of trouble. Could not recommend them highly enough for everything. If I could rate 20 stars instead of 10 I 100% would.

We loved our stay at Tom's place. The house was spotless and really great for two couples. Great , spacious kitchen with everything needed. Tom went out of his way to greet us and see us off and was available in between. The rural setting was gorgeous and there were several beautiful walks within a short distance of the house. We would enthusiastically recommend staying here.

Adored this place, nestled amongst stunning mature trees and rolling streams, strolling in wildness, delightful encounters in nature around every corner. The hut is comfortable, interesting museums and lovely little coffee shop. Many thanks to Anita & Tim for your obvious commitment and hard work to champion biodiversity. We will be back!!

We loved our stay at this house, the location and the view is beautiful, its cozy and peaceful place. The house is clean, everything needed is added, rooms have good natural light coming in and beds are comfortable too, there is farm next to house and you wont even feel any noises at all. The outdoor seating is amazing with beautiful view of Mullawn. The host is responsive whenever there is a question to be asked, easy check in with the lock box and instructions. We would absolute love to stay at this place again, Thank you

**Absolutely Perfect Stay at Ann-Marie’s Cottage!** From the moment we arrived, Ann-Marie was amazing! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable!! She was incredibly helpful and accommodating—her warm hospitality made us feel right extremely welcomed! The cottage itself is absolutely stunning! Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the space was perfect for our big family! But what truly took my breath away were the grounds and garden—so peaceful and beautifully maintained, it felt like stepping into a hidden paradise!!! Truly! We spent hours just soaking in the tranquility and beauty of the garden! I cannot recommend this property enough!!

Abbeydown surpassed our expectations. The home is located up a private country road making for a quiet peaceful setting with lovely views. We enjoyed daily walks down the road with our dog and took walks from there throughout the countryside. The grounds are beautiful with gorgeous birdsong and sheep grazing on the distant hills. The house is very comfortable to live in and lovingly decorated with Michael's beautiful murals on the walls. Peter could not have been more helpful and delightful and we were greeted with eggs from local hens and fresh home baked bread. We took a tour at the nearby Huntington Castle with Peter as our guide and I highly recommend it. Altamont Gardens is also a must if you enjoy beautiful gardens. If you are looking for a restful, peaceful get-a-way, this is the place for you. Thank you Michael and Henrietta!

I had such a lovely stay at Pam’s beautiful countryside shed in County Carlow. The place is cosy, peaceful, and full of charm - the perfect spot to unwind and feel connected to nature. Pam was such a kind and thoughtful host, always making sure I felt comfortable and welcome. Communication was easy and responsive from the very beginning, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Pam!

We stayed at Hazel’s place for a weekend and it was absolutely beautiful and stunning. If you are looking for a peaceful oasis this is the place to stay. Hazel is also a great host and very responsive. I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Woodcutter's Cottage! The house is incredibly spacious and comfortably fit our group of 8. Surrounded by beautiful nature and with a stunning view, it was the perfect escape from the city. We especially loved the outdoor area, doing a BBQ with the sound of the nearby stream was so peaceful, we also had a great time playing the piano! The cottage is very well equipped, and all the rooms were cozy and comfortable. You can really tell a lot of care has gone into making it feel like a home away from home. James was a fantastic host, very friendly and responsive, and check-in was super smooth. Emma also gave us some great local tips on nearby tracks and villages to explore, which made our stay even more special. And to top it all off, they left us a delicious pie on arrival, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a getaway in nature with all the comforts of home. We’d definitely love to come back!
