Family-friendly holiday rentals in County Kerry

We absolutely loved this cozy, impeccably clean house—so much so, we didn’t want to leave! My favorite part was enjoying coffee each morning with the beautiful view. The extra living space gave our family room to spread out, and the sinks in each bedroom were a great touch for keeping things organized. The beds and towels were soft and comfy, and we were pleasantly surprised by the brand-new washer and dryer (with detergent!). My kids loved exploring the area and heading to the beach. There’s a cute café down the road and a nice pub in town—just be aware that places close early, so plan meals ahead. We didn’t use the hot tub since it seemed a bit tricky to figure out, but overall, this was one of our favorite Airbnb stays!

This was a great Airbnb. Location about 1 mile outside of Killarney. Comfortable clean big. Airbnb is part of the Glen Eagle apartments behind the Brehon Hotel. You have to check in at the GlenEagle hotel which is next to Brehon. Kind of confusing, but we figured it out.

A first rate accomodation in a wild and peaceful setting with a grand view of the "3 Sisters", Mt. Brandon and the wild Atlantic. High ceilings, lots of view windows including in the bedrooms and a fireplace. Great recreational loft space with TV, board games, foosball and darts. Hiking opportunities and the grand town of Dingle short minutes away by car.

We loved it! It was in an amazing location, quite close to Killarney town and the house itself was amazing and spacious. To top it off John was great to deal with

The Sanctuary is a beautiful home. Each bedroom has plenty of room and their own bathroom. The common space is large as well and is comfortable. Downtown is a quick drive or Uber ride so it’s pretty conveniently located.

Roisin was such a wonderful host and very quick to respond to any questions we had . Her property is beautiful and peaceful . Highly recommend .

Nono's Cottage is a wonderful retreat with plenty of space. We really enjoyed occupying the very well equipped house. The beds are very good and we had two bathrooms, what a luxury! Micheàl allows charging of the electric car in the parking lot in front of the house, so you can explore the area fully charged every morning. However, the car is also very important, because the nearest shopping and restaurants are not within walking distance. Micheàl also helps with questions and problems immediately and is always available. Nono's cottage is a clear recommendation for anyone looking for a luxurious and spacious accommodation to explore the Ring of Kerry, the National Park or the Dingle Peninsula. Thank you Micheàl!!

We LOVED staying at this cottage! Definitely our favourite stay so far on our two week trip around Ireland. It was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great home base as we drove around West Cork and up to the Ring of Kerry, and it was nice to be so close to Bantry. We slept well, enjoyed making breakfast in the kitchen each morning, and enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. Thank you, Jerome! Jerome gave us some great recommendations for hikes and swimming, and we loved being visited each morning by Teddy and the cat! If we’re ever back in Ireland we would love to stay here again. Loved our stay here with our two dogs. The place felt private and it was quiet away from the busyness of Kenmare. It was nice and cool as it’s a basement / lower level. It had everything we needed and was a great location for our trip.

The property is close enough to enjoy everything Dingle has to offer but in a very peaceful location. The beds were so very comfortable and we were easily able to self cater. We loved seeing the chickens roaming around and thank you for the eggs Maunza!

Gorgeous home to stay in. Had everything we could possible have needed. Bridie was very responsive and helpful. The view from the house is stunning.

A great find and great value for money.

There are literally know words to describe the beauty of this place I almost think it’s to nice to be shared with other people. The Hosts were extremely patient with me and my party…due to a motorcycle breaking down we arrived (very late) but the host was very understanding and very helpful. I would 1000% recommended this stay, and I my self would love to come back at a later date and have more time exploring the beautiful sites. many thanks Lewis !

The perfect accommodation for our needs. Although we.did not use most.of the facilities, ie dishwasher, washing machine etc, ut was re assuring to have them available. A lovely property and walking distance to bars and eateries. Would highly recommend

An upscale stay without an upscale price. Rhona has taken great care with attention to all details including the decor, furniture comfort, bed linen thread counts, kitchen supplies (which is great for people who like to cook when they travel like we do), and thoughtfully selected provisions upon arrival which included Guinness, Irish milk and carrot cake, among other things. We even had a chance to have a meal outside in the rare sun in the beautiful private garden. Top notch stay and communication was great including recommendations for activities and eating out. She even let us know when a road closed that might interfere with travel plans when we left. Highly recommend.

We had a great time. Anne was lovely, really helpful and provided great recommendations for local attractions. The apartment was very spacious, and matched the photos. Anne provided a very generous welcome pack which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. The area was very scenic and peaceful, and a great access point for the Beara peninsular. I would highly recommend staying here.

Such a comfortable place. Great “home base” to get around for sightseeing. Dingle, Kerry Clffs, Ring of kerry, Gap of Dunloe and Killarney National Park. Julie is a wonderful host!. She is super helpful!.

Breege was amazing and very helpful. The accommodations were comfortable and welcoming. It is an older home with a lot of local charm and history. The views are amazing!!!

Debra was really responsive and her directions and instructions were crystal clear and timely. The house is beautiful and spacious. The back porch with the washer doubles as a Visitor Information Center, there is so much information! We definitely would stay here again!
