Self Catering Apartment at the Climbers Inn

SarahRating, 5 stars12 months ago
We had a lovely stay at Noreen's apartment. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes and roadtrips. It's only a 15 min drive to the Carrantoohil and other great hikes . There is a restaurant / bar below which is very handy as bigger shops and restaurants are at least a 20 min Drive away. We would always book in again. Thanks a lot!

Massive but still cosy house in beautiful surroundings, it is well equipped with everything you need, there’s multiple bathrooms so even when the house is full you can all get ready to go around in no time. Everything is ofc spotless clean and well prepared, the host (Grace Rose) is responsive, a perfect stay really 👌

Coastal Paradise in West Cork

RobinRating, 5 stars34 months ago
We stayed in Dave’s home for 3 nights but wanted to stay forever. The home is well equipped, cosy, cool artwork and loads of records to listen to. The mature garden is stunning to relax in and look over the ocean. Down the end of the garden is steps to the beach where we spent the whole weekend swimming and kayaking - absolute heaven! We brought a kayak but there was even one for us to use at the house! It’s literally beside a lovely little pub and a few minutes walk from a restaurant (the mussels are so fresh and tasty!). We enjoyed every minute and Dave was a fantastic host. Thanks! Robin & Danny

Large 5 bedroom in Dingle area, 5 minutes to beach

Brian And DianeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Absolutely fabulous in every way possible! Moira‘s house was everything promised and more. Our group of eight adults each had our own room and private bathroom. The kitchen area was substantial and well stocked appliances and worked beautifully. The sitting areas and dining room had ample space for everyone to gather. The easy five minute walk into town gave us options for dinner and also breakfast in the four pubs and coffee shops in town. The walking trails with great descriptions in Moira‘s book were geared and described for each person‘s ability. Proximity to Dingle town, the Ring of Kerry, Killarney, and the Barea Peninsula as well as many other historical sites and fantastic views were with an easy driving distance. We are very grateful to the help that Eileen provided and the guidance of how the house appliances operated. Quick response to any inquiries from both Mora and Eileen. Every night I sat in front of their house, looking out over the hills and slept peacefully. 🙏🏼

Mona’s Cottage

We stayed 2 nights at Mike’s place with our dog. The place was squeaky clean when we arrived and Mike was in touch with us to help us checkin and ensure everything went well. We are definitely keeping this lovely cottage in mind for our future stays in the Cork City area. It was a really pleasant stay !

Old School House

LonanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely, peaceful time at Ivo's house. The views are incredible. There's loads of options for hill walks (trail running if you like), cycling, or just sitting round with a book. We had three small kids with us, which still worked well as they got used to a quieter space and dramatic contrast with our city life! The place itself is spacious and the garden was fun for the kids. There's a playground in Kilcrohane which they enjoyed too. Ivo has plenty of toys, games, books and a CD player to entertain on rainy days. A car is necessary if you want to see the local sights, which was clear from the description and is probably true for any property in west Cork. We especially liked putting the fire on in the evening after a busy day of activities. Thank you to Ivo for the magical escape!
