Fully independent, it can accommodate up to 5 guests. - Quick access by the N10 and N12, only 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris by car. - Nearby, Epernon TER train station offers access to Paris (53 minutes), Chartres (25 minutes) and Versailles (30 minutes). - Salle des Hauts de Pardaillan 3 min drive, 20 min walk.

La Petite Lucienne

Two-star accommodation. Located in a quiet and peaceful village 30 minutes from Chartres, 20 minutes from Rambouillet. Nearest train station 10 minutes away (Epernon) The land (on which our main house is also located) is 1000 m2 and is fully fenced. Pets are allowed. Not overlooked in the garden. Swing + games for small children. Note: first small convenience store 6 km away. Bakery in the village open Sunday mornings only.

Independent room

At the home but independent, upstairs bedroom of a small annex next to our house. 7-minute walk to Épernon station (40 minutes from Paris by train) Quiet, on the edge of the woods. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room, refurbished, has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine is also available as well as a kettle and tea. Outside, a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.

Just 1 hour from Paris, our beautiful cottage will allow you to enjoy a peaceful environment in the countryside. You can enjoy beautiful forest walks steps from the house, and discover the many equestrian centers and cultural places nearby.

Stay in the little house, in the heart of our slice of paradise. Studio located in our crazy garden, this cocoon invites you to relax and contemplate, which are among our favorite activities. You will share our outdoor space, where we let Mother Nature express herself. Weather permitting, enjoy the terrace at sunrise and sunset. Maximum connection with those around you.
