As a returning guest, my expectations were exceeded again. Situated between the river and the ocean, this apt is perfectly located. A short 10 min walk to the train station. Lovely peaceful neighborhood. The apt is spacious and beautifully decorated. Very responsive host. Loved my stay.

very clean and sleek interior as the photos represent, great wide view of the sea, close enough to local amenities and easily accessible to the rest of Perth. Laura was a very friendly and helpful host, offering to go the extra mile to supply a non-essential item for the house. She was very prompt in replies and helpful. I would recommend if you were looking for an affordable beachside getaway.

Lovely place to stay, very comfy and a great deal of unexpected everyday items that were provided a nice surprise, it was clean and spacious for two adults close to trains and buses, a nice balcony as well, close to both a surf beach and a calm swimming beach, most of all she was very welcoming!

We had a great stay. Bonnie is an excellent host and was really helpful with any questions we had. The units are secure with both a key lock mesh door & key coded front door. Lovely little units with good air con, smart TV and anything else you’d look for in an AirBNB. Would recommend!

Very responsive host and love the details to the furnishings. Bed in one of the rooms is smaller than standard queen, good for young kids. Overall love the neighbourhood and the serenity for a well rested break.

Louise's apartment deserves 6 stars. Clean, bright, private & centrally located for Cottesloe Beach, shops and transport, it is a brilliant base for couples (with up to 2 children too). It is well equipped for meals at home & for home entertainment (Netflix plus). Parking is included. And Louise is a perfect host, helpful and generous. In summary, fabulous 🏆🎖!:Thank you!

After reading a few reviews I worried our small family of 4 was going to find this place a bit on the small side. We shouldn't have worried at all. Our 4 year old had ample space in the bedroom and they had a cot set up for our 2 year old. There was room for the high chair they provided, a nice table for breakfast and to play games, small but well appointed kitchen and lots of wardrobe and storage space for bags and clothes. We were so close to the beach and it was really convenient to have a parking space as we ventured out to Freemantle, City Beach, Subiaco etc. Cottosloe Beach was our favourite beach to visit. It's walking distance from the apartment, has a shark net for safe swimming, has a few cafes and restaurants for food and white pristine sand. We also saw some of the most beautiful sunsets during our visit - it really is a magical place.

The place was as described, with a spacious balcony offering great views. Living area was a good size. The apartment is located in a quiet building with no noise issues. The area is pleasant for walking, with a park and river views nearby. An excellent French bakery is within a 10-minute walk (it is on Rachele's suggestion list). Rachele was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

Wonderful experience at Gillian’s beautiful place. We feel so lucky to be staying here. She was hospitable and so kind. She helped bring us to a grocery store to get some essentials for our baby as we did not have a car then and didn’t manage to prep any food before it got dark. This is above and beyond what is expected and greatly appreciated. She also let us borrow some toys to entertain my kids. The kids loved the patio area to run around in while I made breakfast. The location is amazing with parks nearby and it is very near kings park which we love. We also did a slow walk to the Subiaco station where there are many shops and good eateries. The bus to the station is very nearby but it is also very convenient to Uber home from Perth cbd and cost slightly more compared to bus. My daughter has told me to book this place in Perth for any future visits!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was located conveniently near food and Fremantle city centre. It was also a peaceful quiet estate and made us feel comfortable. Would recommend this lodging to anyone visiting Fremantle!

Great place to stay at Scarborough beach - right at the beach, very good restaurant just next to it (Little Wave!), balcony perfect to watch the sunset! Very modern - only little missing things were a few more amenities in the kitchen and a few free Nespresso capsules :-)!

I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent. The free Cat bus was just outside with easy access to the city center. The train station was only a 15 min walk. If I ever come back to Perth I would definitely stay here again. A real home away from home.

What a beautiful apartment !!! With views over the swan River Enjoying breakfast on the balcony Andrew the host met the four of us to explain access ,Amazing location ! Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . We'd definitely recommend it to Others and would stay ourself too Thank you to the hosts My husband found this superb apartment Would recommend it

Kasia's apartment was absolutely perfect! Excellent communication from Kasia, warm and friendly. The instructions on where to park, how to find the key etc were easy to follow. The place was remarkable clean, smelt amazing when we walked in! Lots of amenities and space to relax enjoying a quiet night in. Very comfortable beds and great location so close to Jacobs Ladder and beautiful Kings Park. Very happy with this find and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a lovely weekend xxx

Absolutely stunning views and incredible touches especially the design, flow of the residence, deck overlooking the ocean and the jacuzzi! Well worth it!

There aren’t enough characters available to describe how beautiful this apartment is .. the view, outdoor area and spa are amazing .. the kitchen and Bbq area is fully equipped . The bed and pillows are the best you can get . There is nothing negative to say about this property, the owners genuinely care about their guests . I would highly recommend this apartment. We are from Brisbane , but the next time we go to Perth this will be our go to accommodation

Beautiful apartment-well kept and maintained. Instructions were spot on. View was spectacular and it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer wasn’t working, but other than that it was flawless!

We loved staying at Dan’s property. We are originally from Perth and also had a rental holiday unit on Scarborough Beach, so we know the area well. It suited all our needs for a quick trip home. Would highly recommend. The unit has all you require and great views.
