Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cotonou

It is a great place to be if you are exploring Benin and love a good scenery, in a neighborhood that gives the home away from home vibe. The environment is peaceful, the house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. We loved the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the airport, other interesting places. Overall, we received a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.

We had a great month with the family in this house in Benin. The house was impeccable, spacious, well ventilated, with all the equipment in perfect condition. My son loved the pretty garden and the small children's pool, and he had fun there every day. The host was extremely responsive, warm and very accommodating. He always found solutions quickly and even allowed us to stay later on the day of departure at no extra cost. The house is ideally located, 10 minutes from the beach and close to the main attractions. The neighborhood is charming, lively and very welcoming. We loved the immersion in local life, especially thanks to the neighborhood saleswomen, always smiling and available for small everyday purchases. The whole family loved it, we highly recommend this house for an authentic and comfortable experience in Benin. We'll be happy to come back during our next stay! Thank you.

Arnaud was very available and responsive for the whole organization before our arrival. Loïc, the concierge, was kind, flexible, present and responsive, for check-in/out and everyday needs. Polite and caring with the whole family. Arnaud recommended William as a driver for some trips, and we were satisfied. Friendly, punctual, and full of good advice, he also acts as a guide. The house suited us overall. Nice decor, pleasant living rooms. However, the beds are very hard, so be careful if you have a fragile back. We didn't really enjoy the rooftop. Sanitary facilities, kitchen and air conditioning are functional. Togbin is quite remote, so plan to use a vehicle for most trips. A small grocery store, La Palme, is right next door: the ladies are very kind and welcoming.

On other occasions I have already opined about Fausta's house. And repeating again and again is the best opinion we can offer. It far surpasses many hotel resources in the city. In addition to exceptionally valuing the facilities, we value in a very important way the constant attention of fausta and Parfait. If something is needed Parfait is pending and with its service and gratitude it makes the stay very pleasant. From 0 to 10 we rate it with 15

Beautiful home in a quiet setting with 5-star service. For my part, the calls to prayer from the mosques didn't bother me too much. After all this is Africa, you get used to it quickly 😉

I had a great stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, close to Mathieu Kerekou stadium (Kouhounou). The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There's the PS5 that made my stay even more enjoyable. Mr. Christel was always available and very responsible. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quiet to stay in Cotonou.

Go for it!!!! Don't hesitate for a moment. The place is really super clean, well ventilated, mosquito-free, and comfortable. Very very cozy terrace. Mosquito net available. An amazing sense of service and attention to detail. We have everything we need, we are pampered. The host is super available and responsive. He even offered a great masseuse at home and gave you tips. There is a swimming pool in the Djibson hotel just across the street which offers you a swimming pool with the possibility of night baths, the best! The sea and corniche are a 5-minute walk away. We hear the waves of the sea in the distance we rock us💖 Many additional services to enhance your stay are offered. The best Airbnb I've ever done! A million thanks for your honesty and great generosity. That's amazing! I'll be back for sure!!!!! 🙏🙏🙏

the studio is well situated and is very comfortable. the matrasses, as in most hotels in benin are very stiff.

Very clean, tidy space with air conditioning. The welcome was impeccable, my requests were quickly filled with attentive ears. Recommended

I had an amazing stay at this place! It looked exactly like the pictures, which was awesome. The customer service was top-notch. Special shout out to Sobour from the management company who checked in with us regularly via text and phone. They were super quick to fix any minor issues, like when the wifi acted up, and there were instructions onsite for troubleshooting.The cleaning service was a big help, coming three times a week. The house is perfect for families with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and have both air conditioning and fans, so you have options. Hot water was always available, which is great when you have young kids. The 24-hour security guard was very welcoming and made us feel safe. There’s parking inside the property, but also plenty of space right in front, and with the security, it felt very safe.The location is fantastic, just minutes from all the great spots for food, drinks, and kids' activities. I highly recommend this place!
