Very good stay in a large apartment near the sea Well decorated with taste Stéphanie is an available and attentive host I highly recommend it.

This is such a lovely studio in a very posh and safe neighbourhood. The en-suite apartment was fresh & clean, and had everything I needed for a great stay ... microwave, fridge, coffee-maker, WiFi, Canal+ Sport, etc. The hosts are friendly and responsive. This is unbeatable value, easily worth thrice the price! Most highly recommended!!!

Mathine is a good man and he responds swiftly to any issue raised. You will have no regrets with him being your host.

Ayekemi, her mother, and Anna were gracious hosts. Ayekemi had great communication skills and her responses were always timely. The house was beautiful and very stylish. You are provided with a full kitchen, just bring the food and seasonings, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room and bathroom. The home is located in a quiet and secure neighborhood near popular restaurants and bars. You are about 5 mins from the airport and about 10-15 mins from the beach. I had an issue with the A/C in the bedroom and when i brought it to the attention of the family they quickly resolved it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The family was very accommodating to me and very hospitable. Thank you so much for having me!

Had a pleasant stay

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to everything and in the center of Cotonou, yet still peaceful and quiet. The thoughtful touches, like toiletries, coffee, tea etc, made us feel right at home. There is 24/7 security, a cleaning crew at your disposition and someone at the front desk 24/7. They also craft a touristic tour for you if requested. I couldn’t say enough about this place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Cotonou. This will be my go to everytime I come back.

the studio is well situated and is very comfortable. the matrasses, as in most hotels in benin are very stiff.

Great time; we felt like home. Had the whole apartment to ourselves. Don't mind the enviroments. It's typical in some parts in Africa. Aside from that, once you are in. You are good to go.

Florence's place to stay in Cotonou is absolutely perfect for our group of 7! The location is ideal ( close to airport , beach), the impeccable cleanliness and the hosts are very welcoming. Florence allowed us to check in and out "without stress" with its time flexibility The pool accessible at any time is really a real plus. House employees were very kind and respectful. We had a nice stay and recommend this place.

A place to recommend for your stays in Cotonou if you like the calm, the sea, the sea, the sea and an environment conducive to rest away from the pollution and noise of the city. Large well decorated studio, trendy with quality furniture, a spacious bed and firm for the quality of sleep. The only catch is that you can't cook on site, it didn't bother me since I had busy days and ate restaurant instead, there is a microwave to heat the dishes. The staff is very caring and helpful. I would recommend this place, go there without hesitation.

The stay at Résidence Eben Ezer is unforgettable for us. We were welcomed and we fell in love with the decor and amenities. We will come back and will not fail to recommend this residence to other friends and relatives who will want to visit Cotonou. Not to forget, I also have to evoke the sea wind that rocked us every night on the terrace. Courage to you and stay the course.
