My wife and I escaped for a full day and doing little but doing it in beautiful facilities in a beautiful place was just what we needed. Ideal for taking your food, prepare it and relax in the tents overlooking the Cotopaxi and a bottle of wine.

This was a very peaceful, beautiful place to stay! My mom and I enjoyed watching hummingbirds in the morning and looking out into the canyon while eating breakfast. I also loved birdwatching from the bathtub (haha). Claudia was a great host — very kind, thorough, and responsive — who helped us find our way to the Airbnb and let us pay for some delicious food. She also gave us a ride to the airport, which made things very easy.
