Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Côte Saint-Luc

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The space was clean, and stylish. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Sam is incredibly responsive and helpful, and provived clear check-in instructions. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal!

I really enjoyed my stay at Heri’s place! I was in town for a week-long workshop and felt right at home. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood had a variety of good restaurants, and the metro and university were both only a short walk away, which was very convenient. The street outside was fairly noisy at times, but that wasn’t a major issue and usually wasn’t very noticeable with the windows closed. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We chose the apartment for its location as it was close to friends. It’s in very easy walking distance of the metro Villa Marie and the local shops of NDG (the area). The apartment is spacious, it’s on a main road but we slept well and noise didn’t bother us. We’d sit on the balcony at the front and watch people walk by. It’s probably the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed in, very nicely furnished with good cooking facilities. Nathalie was a very responsive host. There were a lot of little details, like an umbrella by the front door, dishwasher tablets, soap etc & a box of “forgotten” items that could be useful, that showed a lot of thought had gone into providing the kind of things guests would find useful/helpful during their stay, not just the basics. It made the stay very easy and very welcoming. We’ll definitely stay again.

The place is very clean. Off street parking is a plus for us and the host was very nice. It's a safe location in Montreal by far. We would consider to stay at this place again when we going to Montreal in the future

Louies is a great host, very cordial and very responsive. The house is very easy to find. The house is situated at a nice lakefront location and spotlessly clean. When we arrived, the house was already cool which made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely recommend this place .

Her home is beautiful. Has that “new home” smell. Absolutely clean and spotless. I loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. Also, 15 minutes from any Walmart, mall, ice rink, airport, major stores, etc. I will definitely stay here again!

My stay at the apartment was completely hassle-free. Everything was spotless and the open-plan kitchen and living area felt wonderfully spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location, right next to the Quartier Latin with countless restaurants nearby, couldn’t have been more convenient. I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was very clean, fully equipped, and everything was in excellent condition. The location is also great — there are plenty of fantastic cafés and restaurants nearby, and it’s just a short distance to downtown and the old city. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire space felt cozy and welcoming. Everything was just perfect!

Everything was perfect! Very clean! The host really cares about our comfort. He immediately offered to turn on the heat pump even though we hadn't even complained about the heat! It's possible to cross the bridge to Vieux-Saint-Jean on foot where there are a variety of restaurants and activities to do. I highly recommend it!

A great two bedroom apartment in the heart of little Italy! Lots of great restaurants and bakeries in walking distance and close to Jean Talon market too. The place was very clean and nice. Definitely recommend.
