We had a pleasant family stay. This weekend was conducive to a total disconnection

Alexandra's house was everything the five of us, a 17-month-old child, her parents, a grandfather and an aunt, could have wished for, comfortable rooms, a spacious cooking area, a secluded and fully-enclosed garden, with a BBQ, delightful al fresco sitting and dining areas, and last, but certainly not least, a glorious pool, greatly enjoyed by all 5 of us. Ploubalay is a small town/large-ish village that has every kind of shop we needed, and is close to some lovely seaside places like StJacut and St Briac. St Malo and Mont St Michel are under an hour away, but it would be wise to get to both early, because of the crowds. Parking at St Malo is a nightmare, but why bother when Lancieux and St Lunaire are closer and easier, and there's a lovely pool and a boule piste outside your own back door? We thoroughly recommend this as a holiday home.

We had a wonderful stay at Marie's. Very good hosting. The listing fits perfectly with the listing description. The kitchen is very well equipped, it's like home! It's a little haven of peace! Despite the proximity to the city center, it is very quiet. Marie was full of little attentions during our stay, it was a beautiful meeting! We enjoyed the pool. We'll be back, that's for sure

We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are of quality. Only shadows on the board, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we have not had hot water the last 2 days without the problem being solved.

Very, very welcoming hosts, beautiful decoration. The house is very well equipped, the pool is heated and covered, it's a real plus! Table tennis is great for fun! Clean house, all the necessary equipment is there. We had a very pleasant contact with the owners, we thank you and can't wait to come back!!!

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. A very nice accommodation in a quiet location with a great garden! From there, many sights are easily accessible by car, so you can easily explore Brittany and parts of Normandy. Jean Michel is a very polite and open-minded host.

Wonderful stay. Exactly as described. We had perfect weather for the outdoor terrace and used this for evening apéro and morning coffee. Very comfortable and well appointed space.

What a lovely stay! Beautiful quiet house. We stayed 3 days, so we couldn't enjoy and see everything this beautiful region has to offer but we will surely come back! The house is perfect for two with a hot tub to end the day after 16km of walking. Everything is very clean, well thought out and really very charming. A big thank you to Anne for the availability. We had a great stay at Boris and Romane's place. The house is located in a one-way street that is very quiet. The house is very modern and the decoration is very tasteful and sober. We also really enjoyed the small garden with the property that allowed us to enjoy the sun. Communication with Boris was excellent. Convenience: To go to the small shops in Dinard, it takes 20 minutes on foot. The baker is a little closer, 10 minutes away. We discovered a supermarket closer but a little too late. Dinard is very quiet in June, few vehicles and few tourists, except on weekends, which are a little more lively. Dinar is very quiet in June,

Wonderful, supportive host and a beautiful, cozy, well-located apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We felt more than welcome and really enjoyed our (unfortunately too short) stay!

We had a great time with friends in this house. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, clean and perfectly equipped: everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to rest well, while being only a few minutes from the city center, which is very convenient for getting around. The house is tastefully decorated and the welcome was very warm. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the premises, the comfort of the beds and the amenities available to us (well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, etc. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we have an excellent memory of our stay. We recommend this house without hesitation, and we will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house in Cancale. The house is spacious, bright and very well equipped, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. It is ideally located, in a quiet environment, while being close to the center and the sea.

A home that perfectly matches the description. An incredible and so relaxing view. We were missing a little sunshine to fully enjoy the outdoors. We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Very nice and quiet accommodation, from which it is possible to explore the entire surrounding area. It is also very comfortable in the secluded cottage.

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. Everything was on site for our daughter. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍
