We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. We have just spent ten days in paradise at Vincent's house. As a caregiver for my 85-year-old uncle, after years of significant health challenges, we had a vital need to recharge, and - with his sister and mine - we truly feel fulfilled. The place is just beautiful: between the magic of the garden and the surrounding nature, the postcard house, the beauty of the beaches and cliffs of the immediate surroundings, everything invites happiness and relaxation. We caught our eyes full of it. We happily enjoyed the Nordic bath with a view of an ocean framed by plants and flowers, but we also loved the house, very comfortable and well furnished. Vincent, in addition to being very friendly, has a very good taste and a sense of practical detail that makes life easy. Everything is very well designed and thought out. Add the markets, the fish, the seafood, and the butter (salted)... Heaven, I tell you! Thank you!

We had a wonderful 6 days at Laetitia’s place and would very much recommend it to anyone. Our 4 year old son was in his element as there is so much to entertain kids. From the lovely heated pool, the tennis court, animals, trampoline to the ping pong table. It literally has it all. It feels so private and relaxed. Laetitia was a great host, respectful but close by if needed. It’s very handy for Granville and some great brocantes we explored. The gite is very clean with everything you might need. Comfy beds and great pillows!! We’d love to come back one day. Thanks Laetitia, it was a magical stay!

Very welcoming hosts. Ideal and peaceful location. For us the sauna was superfluous but everyone will appreciate its use. An unforgettable week, the greenway offers you a perfect bike getaway. The activity of the "marine train" is recommended. Looking forward to visiting this region again, which is full of beautiful landscapes.

Beautiful house in a great location, close to the center. The garden is lovely. Jean-Luc is very welcoming and was very accommodating for the departure and arrival times. We had a lovely stay.

We were received in a very friendly manner. The rooms, kitchen, and technical information were shown to us in detail. Etienne also showed us on a small city map what options (food, shopping) there are nearby. The folder with instructions helped us to read a lot of things. The communication was very good and fast. On the day of departure, we were able to stay in the apartment until 11:00 - because our train did not leave Saint Malo for Paris until about 11:40. We enjoyed these 9 days there very much and would love to come back if we travel to Saint Malo again.

Christiane’s place was absolutely beautiful. The view of Mont Saint Michel was stunning. The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we were looking for. She even had bikes that we were able to use! She is very responsive and was so gracious to accommodate our request for a late check out. I highly recommend Christiane’s house and I can’t wait to stay again next time we visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Marie's. Very good hosting. The listing fits perfectly with the listing description. The kitchen is very well equipped, it's like home! It's a little haven of peace! Despite the proximity to the city center, it is very quiet. Marie was full of little attentions during our stay, it was a beautiful meeting! We enjoyed the pool. We'll be back, that's for sure

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Warm and welcoming contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and attractions are about 30-60 minutes' drive away.

Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

Very nice cottage in a pleasant setting. Play area and pets accessible for children. Perfect location for visiting the region. Friendly and responsive host.

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge
