Ideal pied-à-terre for your hikes on foot or on horseback (GR 23 to 500 m), to visit the natural and tourist sites of the Seine Normande Loops Natural Park, but also to rest: Here, you are in the countryside, only 30 minutes from Rouen and 10 minutes from the A13.

We offer our small 30 m2 guest house at the bottom of the garden, all comforts: bedroom with 140 bed, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, small living room with sofa bed. Ideal for 2-3 people. Warning! We are in Tiny House mode, the ceiling is not Hausmannian, complicated for people over 1.95 m! It has a beautiful terrace with barbecue and Mollkye, not overlooked. I provide tea and coffee for your arrival, the bed will be made.

Old refurbished photo studio of 90 m2 offering a nice ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of an 8200 m2 lot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Particularly suitable for dreamers, artists and travelers, tired of sanitized rentals... The Moulin Sheepfold

Welcome to this former sheepfold transformed into a Tiny House. Take a break in a green setting punctuated by the sound of water. Ideally located between Giverny, on the Impressionist circuit and the loops of the Seine; you will also be in the center of Rouen in 20 minutes. Free municipal parking is available a stone's throw from the Bergerie (under video surveillance). We can speak English if needed ;-)

Sea and countryside caravan in Trouville sur Mer

Between sea and countryside, the Callenville trailer, comfortable and warm, small room with an alcove bed: all the charm of a trailer! Closed car parking, vehicle needed to arrive. For lovers of walking and nature, it is possible to go down to Trouville (city center, beach, ...): it takes 20 to 30 minutes on foot.
